Location was nice and quiet, the place was clean and spacious. There are stairs to get up to the main floor just fyi. The listing said pool view but there wasn’t one so maybe that was a typo? Overall we enjoyed our stay, the pool and the hot tub. Only feedback to the host would be if you’re going to enter the place and fix something please tell your guests! It was a little unsettling that while we were running an errand we came back to a drawer fixed, which wasn’t a necessary fix and we just would have appreciated a heads up.

Communication regarding the property was fantastic. Having a garage to park in was helpful. The kitchen was well stocked. The surrounding area was quiet. Unfortunately, our week’s vacation would have been so much better if only the beds and couch were comfortable. If you enjoy sleeping on concrete or the floor, then this is the place for you. After the first night, we thought about leaving and getting a hotel. It’s hard to enjoy the next day when we were lacking sleep. It was obvious during each evening meal we were dreading going back to the condo. By the end of the week, we were ready to go home to get some quality sleep.

My stay overall was not enjoyable. Upon checking in, I was dropped off at the road by my uber. I had the gate code but it wouldn’t work on the pedestrian gates. I called the host and it was a call center who wasn’t familiar with the property or anything beyond my email. Eventually I figured out I had to utilize the main car gate only. Once in the unit. It was very nice. As advertised and very clean. It’s very roomy and great tech. Internet worked great. However the unit had no hot water at all. I called the host immediately who said they couldn’t fix it that night but would reach out tomorrow. I mentioned on the call to please reach out before someone comes so I can be prepared. I also reached out to Vrbo support to document it. The next day I attended to business all day and the property never reached out all day. I came back that 2nd night and contacted Vrbo support to document no communication from the host around the hot water issue. It turns out, the property sent maintenance people to the unit to fix it at some point the second day. They never called, texted, or reached out they were coming. I’m very glad I didn’t bring my wife or child on this trip or I would have been livid on the invasion of privacy. The third day I found ants on the bed, but at that point I was heading out the next day and just gave up. The property has done nothing so far about my stay. All of this has been communicated to them but it’s clearly a company and not a person caring.

Great property!

Hosts were amazingly responsive. Property was beautiful and clean and conveniently located to a grocery and mall! We loved the overall property and long term tenants were so welcoming. Would absolutely recommend!

The description of this property was accurate in every way. It is a lovely, quiet location and the owners clearly anticipate every need you might have. Their communications were timely and very helpful and we look forward to enjoying this property again in the future. While having the security of a gated community with easy access to outstanding Shopping and restaurants, we never had to venture far to enjoy the finest of Scottsdale,

Charming condo & great location

Very clean and cozy condo in a great location near everything Kierland has to offer. Well stocked with everything you could need during your stay. So happy to stay in a place with a “no shoes” policy - just like home. I would definitely stay again.

Ideal Kierland Location

Enjoyed our stay at this wonderfully located Kierland condo. Located adjacent to the resort and near great shopping this is a perfect oasis. Amenities and communication with the owner were excellent. We would not hesitate to return.

Great location and nicely decorated condo

We enjoyed our stay at this well decorated, fully stocked, comfortable condo. We also enjoyed sitting by the pool and hitting the hot tub. It was an easy walk to Kierland Commons outdoor shopping area/ restaurant options. Communication with the owners was easy and informative with quick responses. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

We came to Scottsdale to spend Christmas with our family who lives near to the Kirkland Greens property. The condo was perfect for our needs. Spacious, clean, comfortable, etc. Hope to be able to return next year!

Great getaway option

This 2 bed, 2bath was perfect. Great location, great unit, great host. I would use this host over and over again. I visit Scottsdale often and need a non-resort hotel from time to time. This will be my 1st choice!

Fabulous location and Kierland Greens is a great property

Kierland Greens has everything you could want on vacation. This particular condo had all of the "must have" amenities, and I thought their bedding was above average. Very comfortable. It also had a comfortable couch and throws, so movie time was super comfy. The only negative I can say is that at the end of reserving this property, you are given a choice between paying an additional $75 for a NON-refundable security deposit, or $3,000 for a refundable security deposit. Since I am not one to spend additional money because I know I will take care of the property, I opted for the REFUNDABLE deposit. I was shocked by the excessive amount AND they actually charged my card that amount, not just held it - as is the norm. I have stayed at many VRBOs and have never had to pay more than a $500 REFUNDABLE security deposit- and even then it was just held to my card, not charged. I would suggest if this renter wanted to feel secure, they should just automatically bake in the $75 non-refundable security cost in the upfront price, so the customer doesn't feel taken advantage of at the end of the transaction, and can then also compare "apples to apples" pricing to other locations.

Nice place in Scottsdale!

Very nice, 2nd floor condo in a quiet, gated condo complex. Tastefully decorated and furnished. Excellent (up-scale) location. Nice pool and fitness room. Perfectly manicured grounds. Owners are very responsive.

Beautiful, comfortable, well kept place in a great location!

Wonderful place for a spring training visit, easy travel to Salt River Fields at Talking Stick. Condo is very clean, well kept, and well appointed. Walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. Pool area is VERY nice, with grills, and plenty of room for a nice dinner by the pool at sunset. People at the complex were very friendly. Our family all agreed that it was the perfect place for us, and we HIGHLY recommend it!
