Wonderful new STR. Code didn’t work to get in, but management quickly helped. VERY nice home in new neighborhood.

The property was as promised - wonderful. We enjoyed it very much. Loved the "boxes" in bathrooms and kitchen with critical items needed. What was negative though was finding a human hair in the bed on the first night. Also the communications with Panhandle Getaways was not optimal - prior to arrival ( a week before) sent a message, an emai and left a voice mail and never had them returned. Had to try over and over to get through on there phone line, even though it says they are available 24 hours a day.

It’s a beautiful property with the potential to be a 5-star visit. However, we experienced a number of issues. We were supplied with the wrong door code leaving us stranded outside property for almost an hour - seems to be a regular issue looking at other reviews. Phone line does not work. We were also supplied with the wrong gate code, no wristbands in the property (we had to go a retrieve the next day), no hot water (although this was promptly fixed in fairness). Please take sleep masks with you and the blinds don’t cover top windows and the blinds that do exist are completely ineffective in blocking out any sun in the morning. So much potential but our so much room for improvement.

Clean property, awesome stay. Only forced complaint would be the pool in the neighborhood wasn't great, but overall great experience.
