Come stay at our charming townhouse featuring 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, an open-concept kitchen, BBQ, and a private pool

Our home is ideally located in Solterra Resort, where you'll find a 5,600 sq. ft. community clubhouse with scheduled activities, a fitness center open daily from 9 AM to 6 PM, a poolside lounge with an outdoor fireplace, a beach-entry pool (heated from December to April), a water slide, lazy river, Sol Bar & Grill café, poolside cabanas, a leisure zone and Solterra Club Trail, and tennis courts.

FIRST FLOOR

Spacious Living Room: With a 4-seat sofa and loveseat, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the 75-inch SMART TV. This area opens to the fully screened lanai and pool area with a BBQ.

There is also a half bath on the first floor, near the pool area.

Dining Room: The dining table seats 8, with 2 additional seats at the breakfast bar.

If you feel like cooking, the beautiful and fully equipped kitchen is ready for you. Everything is designed to be open and ideal for family gatherings.

Bedroom: Queen bedroom on the ground floor - Queen bed, SMART TV
