*Please note that from September 01, 2023, Solterra Resort has introduced a new access fee for guests who may wish to make use of the community facilities and pool area.
The use of the facilities is optional and so the charge is only applicable for groups who wish to make use of the facilities at the resort center. The fee, paid on site to the resort center is a one time $35 total for groups of 1-12 guests or $45 total where 13+-50 for the entire stay. This is paid on site to the resort itself, and is good from day one until you leave, enabling unrestricted use of the resort pool and facilities.

The charge is applied by the resort on-site to any guests staying at any home booked at Solterra resort where a group wishes to use the resort area.

If you choose the on site recort access charge ($30-$50 paid on site), you'll have full, exclusive access to the home during your stay and included in your visit is access to the Club House, resort, and amenities. These comprise some of the best facilities in Florida, including sports courts, heated zero entry resort pool with cabana loungers and a lazy river as well as heater jacuzzi and fully equipped gym in the resort.

The home has WIFI internet throughout and private on drive parking

Linens, towels, and starter amenities will set you up before your first trip to restock the large Fridge and Freezer in this self-catering paradise.

The garage loft area is set up with a large TV and a PacMan and Tempest Arcade machines as a great kids (or big kids!) area, so there really is something for all the family. Ping Pong and Foosball in the Garage Game zone as well – and that is before you hit the resort center which takes things to a whole new level.

Kitchen appliances include a microwave oven, large gas range, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator.

You can also enjoy outdoor dining with the view of the pool and green surrounding or lounge by the pool at an enclosed back patio.

A BBQ grill with a new propane tank can be delivered for your use for an additional fee. A grill is not included in the standard rental.

The pool in this home can be heated on request and for an additional charge - this is recommended during winter, and early spring.

Pool heating is an optional extra. It can be heated for a minimum of 5 consecutive days ($200 plus tax) and the cost for heat is $40 for each night (plus tax). If during the course of your stay, you decide to purchase pool heat, then there is an additional charge to cover the cost of sending out a technician to activate the system which is $40.

Pool heating should always be booked prior to arrival to avoid the need for a possible activation charge

Guests are required to provide identification in the form of an ‘ID selfie’, confirm the names and ages of all adults who will be attending the property, as well as completing a signed rental agreement’. This must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (whichever is the sooner). Where this is not completed, the booking is liable to cancelation without further notice.

The occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day and all reservations require completion of an electronically signed rental agreement, agreeing to the conditions of the rental which includes that no parties are permitted at this home.

Please note. We welcome seasoned primary bookers/travelers aged 21 and over and their young families in this truly amazing family home! Groups largely consisting of those close to or under 21 or living in the local area are not able to rent this home. A selfie ID is required to rent this home.

If you cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, you will be eligible for a full refund. However, please note that 3.8% of any payments made will be deducted to cover card processing fees. This fee applies to each transaction, as we incur these charges from the payment provider whenever a transaction is processed or refunded. The remaining balance will be promptly returned to your account.
