The space
Our house is packed with fun and comfort! With 5 cozy bedrooms, a private theater, epic game room, and even a camping-themed kids' playroom, there’s something for everyone. Climb, swim, shoot pool, watch movies, or roast s’mores under the stars. Plus, keyless check-in, a fully stocked kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and plenty of parking to make your stay smooth and stress-free!

In colder months, guests love cozying up by the fire, enjoying movie marathons in the theater room, game nights or venturing out to nearby winter attractions like the Bridge Walk, scenic overlooks, zip lining and Fayetteville’s charming shops and cafés. Local parks and trails remain open year-round for hikes, and indoor favorites like Escape-A-Torium offer fun for all ages.

A camping-themed room with a camper playhouse, kid’s teepee, and campfire toys, designed for young ones to explore and enjoy.

Sunroom with a desk, chair, and high-speed Wi-Fi for any business needs during your stay.

Kitchen
Fully equipped with an electric stove, oven, coffee maker, and an abundance of dinnerware (including utensils, pots and pans, serving dishes and outdoor plastic cups). We provide coffee, tea, snacks and cooking oil/salt/pepper.

Laundry Room
Equipped with a washer, dryer, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, cleaning supplies and extra towels.

Bathroom
We provide hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, towels, hand towels, pool towels, toilet paper, trash bags.

Game Room
Featuring a pool table, air hockey table, foosball table, giant Jenga, and rock-climbing walls – perfect for adventure and fun.

Outdoor Space
Back Deck: Enjoy a beautifully lit patio with an outdoor dining table, pool loungers, and comfortable seating. The outdoor grill, utensils and propane, is available for your culinary use.

Outdoor Fire Pit: Relax under the stars by the fire pit, with hammocks for lounging – perfect for enjoying s’mores and the great outdoors.

Pool: Perfect for cooling off after a day of hiking or adventuring. Surrounded by nature and equipped with loungers on the deck, it's your own secluded spot to swim, sunbathe, or float the afternoon away.

Parking
The property offers ample parking. 1 spot in the garage, and space for up to 4 cars in the driveway. Please do not park in the carport.

Guest access
You'll have access to the entire house, detached garage (game-room) and deck outside in the back along with being on an acre lot.

Other things to note
Surrounded by trees and greenery, expect the occasional bee, wasp, or bug (sometimes deer) as part of the full outdoor experience!
Keep in mind, wi-fi doesn't reach the game-room. There is ceiling fan but no AC in the game-room.
Swimming pool is open from May through October. Pool is not heated.

House Rules
No smoking allowed.

No pets allowed.

Late Checkout Policy: Checkout time is 10:00 AM. Late checkouts are subject to a fee of $50 per hour, unless arranged and approved the night before checkout. Unapproved late checkouts may result in additional fees or impact your review.

No unregistered guests/visitors allowed. The maximum capacity is 12 people.

Make sure to turn off all the lights and TVs when you leave the house.

Don’t forget to also close all windows and lock the doors.

The indoor wood-burning stove is not for guest use.

Please keep indoor furniture inside and return all furniture to its original place before checkout.

Pool and climbing wall use is at your own risk. Follow all posted Pool Rules and Game Room Rules. By using these amenities, you accept all risks of injury, falls, or accidents.

No glass near the pool or lounge chairs. Outdoor-friendly drinkware is provided. Glass found near the pool will result in a full drain and cleaning fee at your expense.

No diving, jumping, running, or horseplay in or around the pool or game room. Violations may lead to eviction without refund.

All guests under 18 must be supervised by an adult (25+) when using the pool or climbing wall.

By booking, you waive all liability and agree to hold the Host/Owner harmless for any injuries or accidents during your stay.

Guests with medical conditions should consult a doctor before using the pool or climbing wall. No use under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

You are responsible for any damage to the house, pool equipment, tiles, glass, furniture, or excessive cleaning. Costs will be charged to your deposit or payment method.

Trash day is Thursday—please roll the black trash bins to the front yard on Wednesday night if you're staying through then.

Lost items: Please double check that you have all your personal items. Any items left behind are not the responsibility of the host.

In case of emergency, call 911 and notify the Host immediately.
