Enjoy a private pool, large terraces, and a partial view of Chahué Marina. Just minutes from Tejon and Esperanza beaches. Fully equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, internet, smart TV, and A/C in all bedrooms.

The three main bedrooms are spacious and located on the ground floor. Each has a large closet, air conditioning, ceiling fan, and direct access to the pool.

- Bedroom 1 (master): king-size bed, large en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub/jacuzzi, plus direct access to the laundry room.

- Bedroom 2: two twin beds, direct pool access, shares bathroom with Bedroom 3.

- Bedroom 3: queen size bed, access to a small garden with pleasant breeze and direct beach access, shares bathroom with Bedroom 2.

The kitchen, located upstairs next to the living room, is spacious, recently renovated, and fully equipped. Large terraces invite outdoor dining or relaxing with a view of the nature reserve behind the house.

The pool area is quiet and of good size. Maintenance staff has an independent entrance for total guest privacy.

Finally the house has a safe parking space for 2 cars.

The house is completely private. To reach the first level, where the three bedrooms are located, you need to go up a flight of stairs. Stairs are also required to access the kitchen and living room.

There is a completely independent studio within the property that we may occasionally use for a few days. However, we will not have access to the main house or the pool area, ensuring total privacy for our guests.
