**Good to Know**

-Owners live upstairs, but your space is fully private.

-This is a basement space so it does tend to stay cooler, but space heaters have been provided if you are cooler.

-No pets allowed.

-Up to 6 total guests allowed (1 child or baby may be over that 6 count for a total of 7)

-No Ice maker

-Parking for up to 2 cars only. (From November 15th to April 1st please note that street parking is not permitted due to snow removal regulations. However, during the summer months, there’s plenty of street parking available if needed)
