We enjoyed our stay at this property. the apt has pool and ocean view! We were also able to see the sunrise from the bed, which is a first for me. Pablo, the property manager, wasgreat and quick to answerr any of our questions. Our only issue was the weather, which did not cooperate, but we cannot blame the property manager for that! If we will be in the area in the future, we will defenitly like to stay here again.

The bedroom and bathroom are very dated and dirty. Pillows were probably 30 years old. 3 beach towels that were paper thin. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Behind the curtain in the bedroom was a filthy washcloth that has been there for who knows how long. Limited kitchen items. The lock to the door is faulty and would sometimes take us several minutes to enter the apartment. The pool area was very nice and clean as were the grounds of the property. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone

Great location, great pool - Safe and fun

This complex has a few extra fees, $20 non refundable per key tag (2 for 3 people) used to get through secure doors and a parking fee. The unit itself was fine, had every amenity you could need for a short trip, even some beach chairs in the closet. The walls are thin here, our Spanish neighbors were singing along to Whitney Houston’s greatest hits till 4am between the living room and balcony and we could hear every misspoken word.......from our bedroom. You have a 7/11 across the street but other than that their isn’t a ton of stuff to walk to, which was fine. It is a mile south of the Hollywood Beach boardwalk and less than 10 minutes by car from the Gulf Stream race track. Overall, very happy with the rental - good price, would recommend.

Première vacance au Tide

Excellent endroit propre et calme. Nous avons fais affaire avec Pablo et Axel pour le check-in / check-out et c’était tout simple. Ils sont facile à rejoindre si nous avons des questions. Condo très propre. J’y retourne assurément

Very clean house with great pool/beach access

Overall this is a nice property that is very clean, our top priority. Some furniture is worn and peeling (faux leather couch and dining chairs are in need of replacement, as little pieces of the material fall off onto floor and clothes like furniture dandruff). Property managers were responsive and tried really hard. We had two issues. One was that the towels provided were very damp in the linen closet, however, on closer inspection, it seemed as though they had been saturated with fabric softener, causing them to not dry. This was brought to the attention of the management who quickly addressed the problem by drying the towels more, but they were essentially coated with fabric softener, which made them actually unable to absorb water from showering, the pool, etc., not to mention the overwhelming scent. The second issue we had was parking. We appreciated being able to park near the pool entrance, but one night upon returning to the property well after dark, there was a large group of men loitering in that parking lot and making my young daughter and I feel ill at ease parking there and walking to our room, so we parked closer to the front entrance in a space marked "valet." We had been told upon arrival that we could park in any spot so marked. We then told BOTH the valet on duty (note there is currently no valet service due to Covid, but the valet stand is still staffed, which is nice) and the front desk staff about the concern and where we had parked; both staff members said it was fine to have parked where we did and said they would address the group in the parking lot. In the morning, we had a huge sticker on our rental car warning us to not park there again. Unfortunately, the glue on the sticker was really tough to get off and it took us a trip to the store for a razor blade and some "Goof Off" along with about 45 minutes of elbow grease to remove the sticker. We let the front desk know we were unhappy about this, but they really didn't have any solution or apology for what had happened. This was a bummer to spend that much time on a problem we did not create on our last day of vacation. Given the expense of staying here, they could do better with the small details such as these. That said, we would stay here again for location and cleanliness.

Great stay!!!!!! Apt is in a hotel/ resort. The resort/pool staff were a little annoying but besides that it was GREAT and I loved it. Beach is right there and beautiful. Would reccomend

*** BEWARE OF THE DEALS HERE *** - Everyone seems to have an attitude and Karen's left and right...

This is our second time at this location but with different hosts. The rental prices are great but have always come with at cost... Additional fees' not included: Parking badge, general parking, and key fob... This time around we rented from Pablo who was very welcoming *initially*. On initial inspection of the condo the bathroom shower looked a bit distressed and the tub had what it looked like yellow masking tape on it which I told Pablo about(It seemed to work fine just but it looked broke with all of that masking tape on it). The next morning the shower wouldn't work so I reached out to Pablo. He answered after a while and came a little later than he stated. He eventually took care of the issue but it was a bit of a damper as we had to stay onsite as we don't like people just coming through out rooms. Later that morning my son somehow picked up a Blue Bottle jellyfish which appeared to have been lightly buried by someone(this makes it the second time this has happened at this place). I don't know if someone tends to the beach and they just burry jellyfish or what but there's a ton of these guys around. We asked the front desk if they would use anything other than vinegar etc and they were clueless of what a blue bottle jellyfish waseven with pictures(hoowwww?!)... The pool was supposed to be heated as it was under 73 degrees but the staff wouldn't even turn that on... The kids were shivering from the cold as we tried to make things work. Location/View from the room is nice but at night you hear a lot of voices and people singing like drunk cats (this isn't Panama City Beach come on)... My allergies were horrible this time around. The condo appeared to be decently cleaned but I suspect there was a pet inside or there must have just been a lot of dust built up as my eyes and nose were running even with my medication. All in all the stress level endured here and the allergies I had, I say I doubt we will come back but I know we will not come back...
