The Sandlot is a newly decorated condominium with a farmhouse feel located at Savannah Beach & Racquet Club on famous Tybee Island, GA. This is a gated community. This condo features a private balcony with beach views and ocean sounds of The Atlantic Ocean/Savannah River. Perfect place for that morning coffee. The pool and beach are just steps away. Walk out on the beach and watch the dolphins play, chill or just enjoy the serenity and gorgeous sunsets.

Enjoyed Our Stay

Great place to stay. The pool was nice, and the beach, which was beautiful and relaxing and a great place to enjoy the wildlife, was just a few steps away. The hosts communicated well and were very responsive. Just make sure you bring quarters for laundry.

Great vacation

Condo was spotless, owners responded quickly when the door lock didn't work. Beach was beautiful, dolphins swimming not far from us. Pool was well kept. Would definitely go again!

Great place!

Our hosts were very helpful with recommendations prior to our stay. Once we arrived, the check-in process was easy. The condo was just described in the ad, and the beach and surrounding properties were great. There is a nice pool and the beach was clean, uncrowded during the day, and beautiful at sunset each night. Would recommend this property to anyone planning a family getaway at Tybee.

Great time!

We enjoyed our time! Nice touches such as a matress pad for the pull out couch and k-cups for the keurig. Owner is very responsive and kind!

Perfect getaway

Perfect for me and my daughter. The place was clean, comfortable and quiet. We loved being able to walk to the beach, and Tybean coffee just around the corner was our go-to coffee shop each morning. North Beach is just a few minute drive, and on our last morning we went and saw the most beautiful sunrise there. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect!

My wife snd I were looking for a place to stay while we spent a few days at the beach on Tybee Island. This was perfect for the two of us. It had everything we needed and provided easy access to the quiet beach for us to relax and enjoy the Sun and water.

Honeymoon Trip!

My husband & I love Tybee & Savannah. This is our third trip here and our honeymoon. We love staying at Savannah Beach & Racquet Club and this was our favorite condo that we’ve stayed in here. Clean, cute, comfortable & overall very homey. Loved the keypad to get in- we’ve stayed at one unit here that had a door which took a key & it was SO hard to unlock every time we came back from somewhere. This place was a great stay and the hosts were super responsive. We plan to return in the future.

Nice Location

We had a short stay at the Sandlot but it was perfect for our needs. We liked that the ocean was more calm on the north side of the island, which our 2 year old was able to enjoy but the shells weren't as good. The beach access was very close. We didn't swim in the pool but it looked very nice. The check in process was easy, the condo itself was beautiful and very clean. There was an elevator which was nice since the condo was on the 3rd floor. The amenities in the condo were nice and it was a cozy place to come back to after a long day on the beach. I would recommend this place to others.

Cute little condo on Tybee

This condo was exactly what we were looking for in our mini-moon getaway. The pool was refreshing, and having the beach right there was perfect. We spent most of our time outside, but there were a few small things that we would change about the inside of the condo. The bathroom sink and shower drains need to be unclogged as both drained very slowly. The coffee maker needs to be replaced. An ice maker would've been nice to have. Overall, it was worth the price we paid and communicating with Susie was very easy.

Perfect location

This condo is a sweet spot right as you enter the island, away from the hustle, but walking distance from great food and coffee. The complex is extremely well managed. We met the property manager and members of the board keeping things tidy and fun at the pool. The condo itself is clean, and just what you need to enjoy yourself. Being on the bay is super relaxing. We loved watching the dolphins play.
