Ideal for those that want to be close enough to do all the fun things in Houston but want a quiet & private space to come home to after a long day. The space: Spacious living room area with a large comfy white couch, an electric reclining leather chair, and 60 inch TV. You may login to stream your preferred services. Kitchen has everything you need and then some!
Ninja blender, juicer, toaster, bottle openers, pots, pans, baking sheets. Dining table with 4 chairs. Bedroom 1 with a King bed, nightstands, room darkening curtains. En-suite bathroom with double sinks and a shower. Massive dream walk-in closet with floor to ceiling mirror. Direct access to backyard. Bedroom 2 with queen bed, nightstands, dressers, 43" Smart TV and room darkening curtains. Plenty of storage.
Bedroom 3 with queen size bed, a nightstand, full length mirror. Main bathroom has extensive counter space. Bathtub/shower combo.
Highest grade LG appliances. Arhaus luxury furnishings. Please don't allow pets on the furniture. Front patio features a place for 2 people to relax. There is a porch fan and lights as well. Security camera in front yard and back yard.
Monitored by the city for your safety, but can be turned off at your request.
A general hurricane preparedness kit is provided and includes basic items. Please do not remove the items unless necessary to use in the event of a hurricane. Guest access: The home is entirely yours and includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, dining area, and laundry room. You have access to the fenced in backyard.
Other things to note: There is a train track in front of the house. However is does not run often. The house is newly updated and street noise is minimal to none. Sound machine included for those who wish to use it.
