▶ To help maintain indoor air quality and comfort during warmer months, we recommend keeping windows and doors closed when the air conditioning is running.



▶ This apartment is privately owned and does not include maid service or daily cleanings. The cleaning fee covers a final cleaning (after your checkout).



▶ Unregistered guests are not permitted.



▶ Please keep all doors closed at all times, and do not slam the doors.



▶ We are happy to accommodate small pets at our property. A non-refundable pet fee of $125 per pet per stay will be applied only to guests who indicate they are bringing a pet when making their reservation. If this is not indicated at the time of booking, we will request the pet fee payment manually.



▶ Our home is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood with children nearby. Guests must be respectful of noise levels and language to maintain a peaceful environment for neighbors and other guests.



▶ No parties. Significant noise or playing loud music after 9:00 pm will result in you being asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.



▶ No smoking of any substance is permitted inside the unit. Evidence of any type of smoking indoors will result in a $250 fee, and you will be asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation. Designated smoking is only allowed outside on the porch.



▶ Check-in is at/after 4 pm and check-out time is no later than 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Late check-out without prior approval will result in a fee of $100 per hour for each hour after 11 am.



▶ During check-in, you will find towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper provided for your convenience. Please note that we do not provide additional supplies during your stay, so we recommend planning accordingly.



▶ Guests are not permitted to move or relocate any furniture. Any damage to furniture - including stains, scratches, smoke damage, structural damage, upholstery damage, or dings - will require the replacement of the item, as repairs will not be accepted.



▶ Any damage to the apartment - including cosmetic issues, doors, walls, windows, electrical outlets, decor, or plants - will result in additional charges. Please note that repair and replacement costs can be significant.



▶ TRASH: Trash collection takes place on Tuesdays and Fridays. Please bring the trash to the designated location the night before collection day. All trash must be placed in sealed bags and properly tied in accordance with city garbage disposal policies.



▶ Do not flush paper towels, wipes, trash, or feminine products down the toilet. Please use the bins instead. If it is found that something has been flushed and clogged the septic system, you could be charged damages.



▶ Our properties are professionally cleaned and treated regularly for pests. Due to the local climate, occasional insects may enter the home despite our best efforts. Please let us know if you experience any issues, and we’ll address them immediately.



▶ Failure to follow these rules may result in termination of your stay without refund. Guests are expected to treat the property with the same respect and care as their own home.
