Welcome to Mauna Nani, a brand-new, custom-built luxury cabin where breathtaking Smoky Mountain views meet modern design and upscale comfort. With 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and sleeps 16 guests, this home was thoughtfully designed for families, friends, and groups who want the perfect mix of relaxation and entertainment.

From the moment you enter, you’ll be greeted by a large, beautiful tree fountain, a unique feature that immediately sets the tone for your stay. The soothing sound of water pairs perfectly with the soaring ceilings, custom finishes, and walls of windows that frame the mountains. The main level is the heart of the home, featuring a spacious living room with a seasonal electric fireplace and Smart TV, and opening onto expansive decks with outdoor dining and lounge seating. Just off the deck, the game room brings non-stop fun with a full-size pool table that flips into air hockey, foosball, and six multi-game arcade consoles. Nearby, a private home theater is ready for unforgettable movie nights. Two king bedrooms, each with Smart TVs and spa-like bathrooms featuring custom vanities and heated toilet seats, complete this floor.

LIVING AREAS
The living room at Mauna Nani is the perfect spot to relax and connect. It features a 3-seater couch and two additional chairs, arranged around a large seasonal electric fireplace (Oct–March) and Smart TV. Large windows let in plenty of natural light and offer beautiful mountain views. The open layout flows seamlessly to the dining area and outdoor decks, making it ideal for cozy evenings, family gatherings, or simply enjoying the view.

KITCHEN
The kitchen at Mauna Nani is a modern chef’s dream. Featuring stainless steel appliances, sleek countertops, and a backsplash framing stunning mountain views. Fully stocked with everything you need for a gourmet meal, including cookware, utensils, and serving pieces, the kitchen makes cooking a joy. It's open layout flows to the dining area with an 8-seat table, so you can cook, dine, and entertain all in one space while enjoying the company of family and friends.

These facilities are included with your stay, with seasonal swimming pools available from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

• We provide a set of starter supplies to allow you to get settled when you arrive. They include 2 trash bags, 2 dishwasher pods, a paper towel roll, a small liquid dish soap bottle, toilet paper, a small bottle of shampoo, body lotion, body wash, conditioner, and a soap bar for each bathroom, towels, bed, and linens. They are designed so that you are all set when you arrive but not to last the entire trip
• Our proximity to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park means there is lots of wildlife in our area - black bears, deer, wild turkeys, raccoons, coyotes, foxes, and more! Black bears visit the cabin often in Spring, Summer, and Fall. You may get lucky and catch a glimpse of one of these residents while enjoying the view from the deck. We also contract regular monthly pest services which treat all pests from multiple types of bugs, mice, etc. Despite our regular treatments, given the proximity of the cabin to the park, it is possible these pests can temporarily enter the cabin. We immediately respond and treat if anything comes up and have found it is very rare to come across anything like this.
