Unit 21 is a fully updated two-bedroom, two-bath condo designed for comfort and style. Bright tropical décor, wood-look plank tile flooring, and an open floor plan create a relaxed coastal feel. The spacious living room offers comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV, and opens to the dining area and a stunning kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a custom island, and plenty of cabinet space.

The guest bedroom includes two queen beds, flat-screen TV, and access to a beautifully tiled bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The primary suite offers a king bed, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. A washer and dryer in the unit add everyday convenience.
Step outside and enjoy Seashells’ great amenities including a heated swimming pool, tennis courts, pickleball, and outdoor grills. Best of all, private deeded beach access is just a short stroll away, where you’ll discover Sanibel’s famous seashells, sparkling Gulf waters, and unforgettable sunsets.
