For your safety, surveillance cameras are installed outdoors at this property. Free Wi-Fi and parking are also provided.

The private pool heater is NOT included with your stay. There is a separate fee of $40 per day for the pool heater to be turned on, and it is required to reserve for the number of nights of your entire stay. must be requested with 2 days' advance notice. Please note that the water may take up to 24 - 48 hours to heat up. Heaters work through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.
Trash Removal Services are available 7 days per week.
Please have trash in the bin by 7:00 AM daily (please do not place any trash at the curb).
Place any excess bags next to the bin.
All trash must be bagged and tied in 13-gallon kitchen bags, and can not weigh more than 30 lbs.
Grocery bags are not allowed. Loose trash will not be picked up.
NO Liquids are allowed; please empty all containers and bags properly.
All large and medium-sized cardboard boxes must be flattened, and small boxes must be bagged.
Florida law does not allow open food to be kept in the kitchen or refrigerator, so all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore, there will be no supply of items such as condiments, coffee grounds, etc., before check-in.
Golf carts and other recreational vehicles are not permitted at Windsor and are subject to penalties.
