Atendemos a las familias.
Disfruta de una vista panorámica de nuestro canal. Este condominio completamente amueblado viene con una cocina de tamaño completo equipada con estufa, refrigerador, microondas y muchos utensilios de cocina y comedor. Se proporcionan televisores en la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal. ¡Nuestra terraza da al puerto deportivo con hermosas vistas del atardecer! También ofrece un excelente lugar para disfrutar de una taza de café, tomar una copa de vino o simplemente relajarse al sol con un buen libro. Las comodidades incluyen ropa de cama, plancha / tabla de planchar, secador de cabello, cafetera y filtros, lavadora / secadora, WIFI, estacionamiento en el lugar
El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama queen size muy cómoda y baño privado. El segundo dormitorio tiene literas. El tercer dormitorio tiene una cama queen. El segundo baño está en el pasillo. Los tragaluces añaden mucha luz a nuestra cocina bien equipada. Espacio para su bote justo al lado de la cubierta trasera.
Toallas de playa están incluidas para su disfrute.
Traiga un deseo de disfrutar de la playa ... o la piscina ... o simplemente relajarse en la terraza.
Debido al huracán Florence el año pasado, algunos invitados no pudieron quedarse con nosotros. Como alojamiento para cualquiera que se haya quedado con nosotros en el pasado, ofrecemos un 10% de descuento en nuestras tarifas para el saldo de 2019. Dar una buena acogida.

Property location is awesome. Amenities and things provided is well above a normal rental property. Kitchen is well stocked, all linens provided. A few items for kids were even available. Slight hiccup at check-in but owner was responsive and issue was resolved quickly. Would stay again!

We had a great stay. We stayed from Monday throughSaturday in July and we were surprised at how quiet it was. The condo is very cute. It's bright due to some skylights and well equipped. I was pleasantly surprised that there were some amenities like salt and pepper. I would definitely recommend!

Location and amenities!

This rental felt like home. You know how some rentals you can tell the owners never stay there- and they don't have anything that you need? That is NOT the case with this property. There were trash bags, TP, beach chairs, kids toys, kitchen supplies, coffee filters, etc. The listing undersold itself with the amount of things that were provided. This unit is very close to the pool and is a quick drive or walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect spot!

We were so happy with our stay at this property! My husband enjoyed fishing right off the back porch/yard and my son and his friend loved having the kayaks to use and loved being steps away from the pool. The owners were great at communicating with a couple of questions we had but everything was so easy. Overall, our stay exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be back!

A special place

Great space for family….perfect size. Convenient to everything in AB. Water views from every window. Relaxing porch / deck area great for morning coffee. Boat slip right in front. Pool a few steps away. Quiet and peaceful…..a true jewel of a place.

My parents and brother/ sister in law and their children stayed here for our wedding! It was a beautiful property. Very nice & easy to get to. The place was very clean & such an awesome place! would highly recommend!

Great place!

Had a great time. Condo is well equipped and very close to the public beach access. Owner has kayaks to use and is in a great location. Kids fished and kayaked the entire time! 4 bunk beds in one room! Very quiet area. Will definitely book again if my son is stationed in Cherry Point again!

Perfect getaway

We loved how quiet and conveniently located the condo was. Great places to eat and right on the water. They included kayaks and we paddled around the marsh and had fun fishing. We loved having our boat right outside our door. in the boat slip. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed.

Very clean nice property in good location.

We had a great time for the family to enjoy a vacation. Easy to lunch boat and keep tied up at dock. Great location not far from everything. Inside was neat clean and felt very relaxing

It was a GREAT vacation until….

We had a wonderful stay and a great time taking in all the wonderful view offered with this property. There was a day between other guest and my family checking so the property owners where great about offer a extra day to stay that was well worth it. My rating of this property went down because of what happen after we checked out. My sister in law and I made sure we left the property cleaner then how we found it. Disinfectanted all the surfaces (due to COVID) and picked up the whole place like it was our own. Well then the clean crew came in and stated we broke a closet door that was already broke before we arrived and now being charged to fix it. Then also being accused by “ neighbors“ for having more children then what we had. So my lesson from this stay is that I trust no one and will be video taping the place for ever checking in again. We where so looking forward to making this place out yearly place to visit as a family but the way we are being accused for things we will not be returning.

Beautiful Place Awesome

Every stay is absolutely wonderful. The property is so welcoming and the area has so much to offer. Having our boat in the back yard at the dock is such a bonus!!! We love our stays, and look forward to the next one. Thank you Donna & George!!!

Peaceful and Gorgeous

Everything about this place was perfect. It went above and beyond my expectations. The interior of the location was beautifully decorated and just in overall great condition. Theres a ton to do at the location which was perfect with covid.. all we wanted was a quiet relaxing weekend which is exactly what we got. The pier outback, tennis courts and a walk away from the beach was perfect. I had a few questions for the owners and they quickly responded. Couldn't have asked for a better mini vacation.

Sound side getaway

This property was perfect for our little family. Property has an on-site boat ramp and reserved space outside unit on dock for boat parking. Pool was great for evening swims. Quiet little community with very friendly neighbors! Unit has been remodeled and has everything you may need! Will definitely reserve again!

An amazing time at the perfect place

This was a beautiful spacious well decorated impeccably organized and cleaned space with a beautiful view of the water, tennis, pool, biking, fishing, and a water slip. It was seriously perfect in every way. We rented an awful place through Airbnb and had to leave because of black mold growing in the ac units among other problems with the property. It was my mother’s 65th birthday and it seemed the special trip I had planned was ruined until we found this property. We were able to book this property right away. We were tired and defeated when we arrived having battled the scam artists that refused to give us our money back. But all was forgotten the second we stepped into the condo. It was absolutely perfect in every way and so spacious! We will be returning with more family next time! I highly recommend this place for any and everyone!

Great Property!

The condo was clean, updated, and beautifully furnished. The deck overlooking the water quickly became my favorite spot for morning coffee and evening drinks while watching the sunsets. I look forward to staying here again and would definitely recommend this property.
