Our property has comfortable bedrooms to ensure your experience in our place is unforgettable. In the master bedroom, there's a plush KING SIZED bed with an ENSUITE bathroom, and there's a walk-in closet - we also have enough basic supplies that would last for your long or short term stay.

The second bedroom also has a nice KING-SIZED bed and a walk-in closet. The third bedroom has a QUEEN-SIZED bed. Each room is designed with your comfort in our mind.

For your entertainment, we offer free Netflix streaming with a HIGH SPEED Wi-Fi. There's a workspace with an ERGONOMIC chair for work or study.

We know most of the amenities you will need, so we have the kitchen FULLY equipped for your maximum enjoyment!

Guest will have access to every space in the property

You will need Village Resident ID cards if you want to use the amenities in The Villages. The amenities include neighborhood pools, family pools, sport pools, pickleball, classes, golf at the executive courses, ability to reserve tee times, etc. IDs cost $50 and The Villages only allows two per home. After you obtain your temporary Resident IDs, you can request guest passes for others in your group. Pick up your Resident IDs first, then go to the Recreation Center to fill out the guest pass form for your guests.

Other things to note:

Guest passes must be requested and received from a regional recreation center. Guest passes are good for all activities except for access to sports pools. The resident does not need to be present for the guests to utilize the facilities. When golfing guest passes will be sufficient, but guests have a small greens fee (typically $11) to play the executive courses.

The deposit is simply pre-authorized on your payment method, and would only be charged if there were any damages or missing items upon checkout. This is required prior to check-in instructions being sent.
