Tucked away in a peaceful area, you’ll love the calm atmosphere away from the crowds yet still just minutes from all the excitement the Grand Strand is known for. Whether you're craving world class golf, fresh seafood, shopping, or family friendly attractions, it’s all within reach.

The Space:
It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas!
Parking: Easy access private parking lot. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.
Entry: Stairs required - 2nd floor unit! Self check-in with keypad. There is a ring camera outside the property, above the front door.
Kitchen: Fully stocked - includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans.
Family room: Sleeper sofa! Access to large screened in patio via back doors.
Bedroom: Queen bed.
Bathroom: Full bathroom.
Patio: Spacious! Overlooks a small complex pool.
Pool/hot tubs/amenities: The complex has an indoor swimming pool, indoor hot tub, outdoor swimming pool - all while being just a short walk to the beach.
Beach: Walk out of the community towards the ocean.
Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.
Washer/Dryer: Private in condo.
Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire condo (except for an owners closet) along with access to all amenities that are in the complex (pools/hot tub).

This unit is in the perfect area of Myrtle Beach.

Easy access parking lot with plenty of parking spaces. Guests can request up to two parking passes for their stay. Also, Uber, Lyft, and taxi services available in the area.

There is a ring camera outside the property, above the front door.
PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.
Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
1. Guests are required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement. Refusal to sign/return either form will be grounds for termination of the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy.
2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
Minimum booking age 25. Max guest count is 4.

Routine Pest Control happens every month on the 3rd Wednesday. The HOA requires the technician be allowed to enter the condo to spray during this time and guests will be expected to allow entry.
