Step out of the ordinary and into the extraordinary. Perched above all other properties in Casa de Campo and mere steps from Altos de Chavon, this unique loft boasts historic charm forged with understated modern elegance. Breathtaking panoramic views of the Altos Ampitheater, Chavon River, and warm sunsets dripping over the Carribean sea welcome you home every evening. This two-story condo is full of character and history boasting dramatic views overlooking the historic Altos de Chavon Ampitheater and Chavon River as well as a West facing ocean view from the balcony.
The condo is located on the top floor of the 3-story Colinas condo building perched above and adjacent to Altos de Chavon. The main living area is oriented East to West, the same direction as the prevailing breeze in Casa de Campo. With the panoramic sunroom windows open, you will always enjoy a refreshing breeze flowing through the main living space.
The first floor of the condo includes a beautifully renovated kitchen, sunroom seating area with spectacular views, a dining area including a built-in bar with a wine fridge and beer fridge, and an ocean view balcony with a picturesque seating area and BBQ grill. The master bedroom suite is also located on the first floor and includes a large cedar lined closet, king sized bed, twin sized day bed, large smart TV, and a full bathroom with walk-in shower.
On the second floor, you will find a tastefully designed, golf-themed living area including a large seating area, smart TV, and dedicated workspace. The second bedroom is also located on the second floor, and, like the first-floor master bedroom, it includes a large cedar lined closet, king sized bed, twin sized day bed (with beautiful river views), large smart TV, and a full bathroom with a bathtub shower.
All bedrooms and living spaces are cooled by modern mini-split AC units (purchased and installed in 2025).

The condo does NOT come with a dedicated staff, but cleaning and laundry service is available upon request any day you wish for an additional $40 (or peso equivalent, paid in cash directly to my cleaner).

Casa de Campo is heaven on earth. I have traveled all over the world and have never found any place like quite like it. The amenities are unrivaled. The people are as friendly as you'll find anywhere in the world. The level of service is unparalleled. Safety concerns are a non-issue. The diversity of scenery and ecology are astounding, especially if you explore the country (did you know there is a mountain over 10k feet on this island where it very occasionally snows?!). And because of the mountains in the interior of the country, it seems the weather is almost always exceptional!

This is the highest property in all of Casa de Campo and is one of the very few that boasts both river and ocean views. The East-West orientation of the primary living space aligns with the prevailing trade winds, creating a very comfortable breezeway. The condo overlooks Altos de Chavon and its famous Ampitheater. With the panoramic windows open, you can enjoy the cool evening breeze while taking in a concert from the comfort of the sofa. The unit was recently remodeled with tasteful urban-modern decor that compliments the ambiance of Altos de Chavon.
