Welcome to this charming house in Avon. This wonderful property offers 3 bedrooms - 1 king suite bedroom with an additional sleeping accommodation using queen pullout sofa, 1 queen bed, and 2 twin bed, along with 3 bathrooms equipped with showers and hair dryers. The living room also provides an additional sleeping space for airbed if desired to increase occupancy to 10.
This open concept home creates the best atmosphere for family and friends. Coupled with huge deck right off the dining area for lounging and outdoor cooking, you can enjoy both indoors and outdoors conviently. Grill or Griddle, choose your bbq favorites.
Nestled in a serene setting, this brilliant house is the perfect retreat for guests looking to unwind and relax. Whether it be reading a book, sitting on the deck, 1-2min walk to the beach, kayaking, biking, windsurfing, fishing or walking thru town and browsing shops, this is the perfect spot for all range of activities anytime of the day or night. Beach chairs, cornhole, ice machine, smart TVs, unlimited data downloads and streaming on 60+TV channels on unlimited devices with 500Mps speed and “airprint” printer capability for those last minute 4x4 permit for driving on the beach or even remote working, these are just a few extra unique features and we hope to expand more perks in the future. Bikes and watersports rentals are within 1-5 minutes of property so these can be easily arranged. The sidewalk is most convenient as well as the ease in and out on HWY 12 to get you going. This is a great place to call homebase while you're away,

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
Our home has a unique history. It has been recently remodel and updated for residential use in 2023 for which it was only used privately. We are excited to have purchased this and open in 2025 as a rental to the public. Originally built in 1970, this was a popular and longtime commercial building for years. Well known businesses like Nags Head Hammocks, Baby Daddy Buggy & Scooter Rentals, and even Hatteras Island Design Center flourished in this very spot. It still holds the unique coastal architectural structure and cedar accents which are native to this part of the region yet updated with modern touches and open concept for an inviting and inclusive atmosphere.
