Este es un hermoso condominio directo de la unidad del extremo superior frente al mar en el piso 12 en The Atlantica Resort ubicado en el centro de Myrtle Beach. Este exclusivo condominio cuenta con una cocina totalmente equipada, una sala de estar y dos habitaciones cada una con baño privado. Apreciará las increíbles vistas despejadas de la playa y el océano desde el balcón de gran tamaño. Incluso puedes ver el océano desde el dormitorio principal frente al mar. The resort property is nice enough and it’s a good location. The unit is very worn and dated. My wife spent the first part of our vacation cleaning. All of the curtains and bedding seemed old and gross. The kitchen was minimally equipped to say the least. Not a single food prep knife besides steak knives and not a single cutting board. The unit could benefit from a coat of paint, the kitchen ceiling are brown from years of grease, and the baseboards look like they haven’t been cleaned in decades. Little things could go a long way. Like fixing the kitchen clock and replacing expired smoke detectors. We were glad to find a two bedroom unit on short notice but I was overall disappointed with the unit.

4th of July Vacation

Yes we had a nice time at your property & Myrtle Beach. Definitely a gorgeous view from the balcony. Property Manager was a pleasure to work with. Couple things: dishwasher leaks a little when in use. Swifter or vacuum would have been great for daily cleaning to keep sand under control. Furniture, definitely couch needs replaced as it has absolutely no comfort, it was hard to even sit on let alone use for a pullout bed, which we did not need. The dining room table is nice but takes up so much room. Just wanted to share this as a positive feedback with Frank, who in return said he would definitely take care of this. Looking forward to visiting Myrtle Beach often.

Great location near the boardwalk.

This condo has amazing views and near many locals attractions. It does need some renovations and updates. The host said he would be fixing the dryer and the bathroom vents after we said there were problems.

This place was clean and had everything we needed. It was set up perfect for a couple with adult children. Or two couples. I spent most of my time on the gorgeous balcony.

Girls Getaway

Close to several activities if you like to be on the go, or enjoy many different food choices. Our group, took full advantage of the beautiful weather, beach, and pool area. A quick trip to the Market Commons, or Broadway at the beach is super easy to grab a ride and enjoy different restaurants. There are a lot of shopping spots and entertainment options nearby as well. This property is cozy, and has amazing views of the ocean and coastline. The communication with the owner is excellent as always, I have rented from him several times and we keep on coming back. We like to keep it simple and make life as easy as possible on vacation, we always enjoy our stay!

Left out in the cold

Checking in was terrible! Our flight was delayed, so we did not arrive until very late at night(not the VRBO owners fault) unfortunately, the owner provided us with an incorrect pin number for the unit, so we could not access the property. We were forced to spend the night on the floor of the lobby because everywhere within 5 miles was booked (we looked). Once the owner provided us with the correct pin in the morning, we slept almost the entire day to make up from the lack of sleep the night before. The rest of the stay was fine. When we communicated with the owner, he offered not to charge us for the night we were not able to access the unit. That was 30 days ago and no refund has been provided. Personally I think we should receive more for spending the night on the floor, but the owner does not agree. I'm disappointed that our vacation was overshadowed by this incident, and could have been avoided if the owner were willing to provide us with a fair refund due to his error. We all make mistakes, and we should try to make the right. The property location is good, the lazy river was not heated, and did not have floats available. Beds were comfortable, and the view was fantastic. Some updating would be nice, but it was fine. Lots to do close to the property, and very walkable. We did not even rent a car.

Month long stay in November

Our trip to the Myrtle Beach area was great, we’ve come many times. In fact we have stayed in the same building before, with the same host, different condo. We’ve come during peak time, and during slower times. The beach as your backyard is a great thing, no matter what the season. This particular condo was great, as the master bedroom is overlooking the ocean, with a comfortable king sized bed. The condo was clean, and had everything we needed for the month. We enjoyed having so many places to go out and eat if we wanted, or could stay in and cook. The second bedroom was used if any visitors came to see us, and again plenty of room with two beds, lots of towels and extra pillows. Communication with the owner was easy, the response was within minutes if I ever had a question. We will come back again! While some of the kitchen tools are limited, we were able to make due just fine.

Kitchen lack of warmth

In most properties I’ve stayed in basic kitchen supplies are available to equip the guest with basic meal prep. We didn’t even find the basics let alone a matching set of plates for dinner. I understand that this is a rental and on the beach but the almost chemical feeling of place lacked an warmth or comfort.

Not all great

Location was great, right on the beach. The unit was clean but dated. There were cracked windows and a broken chair. The TV had basic cable and no input for streaming Netflix, Prime, etc. We could hear the unit next to us through the wall of the master bedroom. The unit is located in a busy section of Myrtle Beach so you hear traffic, music and sirens until midnight. The pool was VERY small and always crowded. Overall we enjoyed our stay but would have chosen differently if we knew it’s drawbacks.

A condo with a view

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was extremely clean when we arrived and all instructions were easy to follow upon arrival. Even though we were close to the boardwalk, our stay was quiet and relaxing. The only sound we could hear is the crash of the ocean waves. The ocean view was great and watching the pelicans fly across the balcony was awesome.

Center of everything

I had to contact owner about a mess that was left behind from previous guests and she replied immediately and had the cleaning company contact me within minutes! Could use some updated furniture and fixtures, but everything was functional. Great view, definitely in the center of the action. It was Bike week and the motorcycle people were up all night long with loud music and revving engines, but that was our fault for not checking the schedule beforehand.

Room was clean and close to everything.

Room was clean and everything promised. Hot tub was only hot during office hours. Pool was down most of our stay and unfortunately noone communicated with home owners about it. Be sure you ask where parking is. Map was not the best. Location was great.

Couldn't have been better

The stay was great. I like the updated features such as the flooring, the counters and the refrigerator. I absolutely loved the spacious shower/tub combo. The only complaint was the elevator was down on our side on sunday

Beautiful view

The oceanfront view is stunning! Condo was Clean. Wouldn’t call it a 5 star hotel by any means. But I’ll give it 5 stars for what we were expecting for the price. Beds were comfortable and pillows were nice. Shower had recently been updated so it’s nice and clean looking and feeling. I was kind of let down by the amount of towels, hand towels and wash cloths we had to do laundry daily because there were not very many towels. Also the “convenience” items like 2 trash bags, 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 paper towel, 1 dishwashing pod and travel sized soaps was somewhat of a turn off to have to pack and/or buy all of that for a week stay. Just a few items that could provide true hospitality. Carpet and grout need some attention. We had one issue with the float on the toilet. We messaged the owners and they were on it immediately. Great service and communication. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Great location

The property was clean and kept. The owner was friendly and responsive. Parking was plentiful and the room had amazing views. We enjoyed our stay and plan on returning. Only downfalls was the sofa bed is in need of replacement. It was flat and uncomfortable.

What a great place. Feng was great to work with. We even came in a day early and he let us add an additional day at the last minute. Would highly recommend this place to all my family and friends. Thanks for a great vacation!
