Esta es una unidad de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños con capacidad para 8 personas con 1 cama king size (para 2) en el dormitorio principal y un sofá cama en la sala de estar (para 2) y el segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen (para 2) y un sofá cama extraíble que duerme 2 más. La unidad cuenta con una cocina completa con refrigerador grande, doble fregadero, microondas, estufa con horno, lavaplatos y un juego completo de utensilios de cocina, ollas y sartenes, platos y platos y equipos de cocina. ¡La unidad tendrá una mesa de comedor con capacidad para 8 y 3 sillas que se acercan al mostrador de la cocina de granito para que sea más fácil hablar y reunirse después de un día ajetreado en las pistas! Great Property, Location

Convenient location near downtown and multiple lifts. Property was great and heated garage, sidewalks and roads were wonderful after an unexpected 11” of snow!

Just what we needed

Great experience, renting from Rich, great property and good location. It took awhile to figure it where we were in location to the lifts but now we know for next time. I would definitely rent from Rich again!

Early January in Grand Timber Lodge

Owner excellent with communication and suggestions. Great condo, clean, well equipped etc. Large condo complex with restaurant / lounge and ski hire shop (as well as usual spa etc). Tended to drive into village (rather than walk) given lots of snow around. Can 'ski in' and 'ski out' but not super easy (have to ski down to lift via road/foot path and back to lodge via hill through trees) but otherwise good position on mountain. Overall, great stay and great resort/skiing.

We usually spend a week in Breckenridge to ski and we love Grand Timber Lodge! The condo is comfortable, large, and very relaxing!! It was our daughter's birthday, so lots of fun was had! The staff is very accommodating, pool and hot tubs are wonderful. The skiing was awesome! Richard was great to work with! We appreciate you renting to us.

New Years Family Ski Trip

Our 1st family ski trip was a blast! I reached out to Richard who quickly returned my call regarding this rental. He was very informative and accommodating so we had all the necessary info. We were very comfortable and well taken care of by the Grand Timber lodge staff. The condo was well equipped for a family of 5 that included 3 young kids on their 1st ski trip. The condo was very clean and spacious. We ate several times at the lodgepole restaurant on property. The food was great! The lodge swimming pools and hot tubs were great to recover each day after skiing. The town of breckenridge is incredible and the ski resort was one of the best I've ever visited. It was nice to park our suv indoors due to the very very frigid temps nightly. Be careful to not drive your suv roof cargo container thru the low doors ! The lodge staff were very helpful when we arrived to off load the container in -2 temps at night. Only a 7.5 ft garage door opening! The ski rental on site at christys was great. I highly recommend this rental from Richard at Grand Timber lodge.

Nice Christmas week in Breck

This has been our third trip to breckenridge and the first time to grand timber lodge. This is a nice property with up to date renovations like kitchen amenities. Condo is well suited for two families with kids. Second bedroom with own entrance and an additional small kitchen. Second bath slightly small with only one small sink and a shower tube with a curtain. Master bath much better with separate closet and nice amenities. Property with excellent possibilities especially for kids like indoor/outdoor pool which is directly accessible from the condo. Same for the restaurant and small shop as well as the ski shop which is in the same building as the condo directly at the ski-in/ski-out slope. Ski out only with a small walk of about 100yards. Overall not cheap but a good value for Breck compared for where we have stayed before.

A very Merry Christmas!

We had a great experience at Grand Timber Lodge! The room had everything we needed! Our only complaint is about the guys that worked in Christy's snow sports where we got our ski gear. Very very rude & condescending! We definitely won't use them on our next trip! Richard was so great to rent from! Very helpful! Informative! Seemed to really care that we had a great trip!

Christmas in Breckenridge 2014

This was our first trip to Colorado and we spend the Christmas week there. The Grandtimber Lodge was a great choice. They have everything you would need at your fingertips. We used the activities planner to help with horseback riding and snowmobiling. The condo was just as described. Very convenient. Richard was very easy to work with and made recommendations of places to go and things to do. We did run into an issue with confusion over the actual reservation dates but it worked out to our satisfaction and the lodge personnel helped a lot with that. These condos are convenient to everything in town. We utilized the free shuttle on 3 different nights to 3 different locations. The Silverthorne outlets and Frisco adventure park is only 15-20 minutes away and we had several trips there. Great eating at both of those locations but you can find great food for a week's stay all over Breckenridge. We have 5 kids from 12-21 and they all had a blast. Black Tie ski rental was the way to go for us. How convenient is that! They deliver to your door and pick them up at your door. The Grandtimber lockers were easy to access and we always found one available even at this peek week. The Lodgepole Grill has a limited menu but we ate there three times and were able to each find something we liked for a reasonable charge all three times. You can ski out of Grandtimber but it takes a little walkthrough to get the routine if you go out Beaver Run or the Snowflake route. But either is manageable. The heated streets and sidewalks and the covered parking saved us a lot of headache. It snowed 17" in 72 hours while we were there and I would not have wanted to fight that to get into my suburban. We did not use the spa but we did use the free robes and the outdoor sauna and pool were a blessing at the end of a long ski day. We played bumper pool in the gameroom at building 2 and regular pool in the open area of building 1. The in-room laundry was used quite a bit with no issues. Highly recommend Grandtimber and we plan to return at some point.

Christmas ski vacation 2013

Our stay in Richard's condo was a very easy, friendly and stress free process. The condo was exactly as described and more. The property was very clean and well equipped. Great location in building with the elevator, laundry room (which you don't need as you have your own washer and dryer in the condo) and trash shoot right outside your door. Richard was great to work with and was more than helpful with information and making sure the Lodge treated us right. We stayed in this property with 6 adults at times and had plenty of room. We all enjoyed the hot tub and pool after a hard day on the slopes. Staff at the front desk at check in were very helpful and friendly. We would definitely recommend this property to all our friends.

Great Place!

This apt. is wonderful. It is very spacious and has a great location. I went with my husband and our three children and we were able to ski out from Christy's Sports every day to Beaver Run Ski-Ride school. It was everything we expected. The owner was extremely nice pointing out places to buy groceries and fun places to visit with the kids. We really enjoyed this vacation.

First Class And The Kids And My Wife Always Have A Great Trip. The resort has an abundance of amenities in the rooms and has all of the modern conveniences one would want to make the vacation memorable. You have access to a DVD rental kiosk on premise and have available a wonderful, modern spa for your traveling companions and a full service concierge on premise to assist you with your trip and vacation experience. The underground parking which is heated makes loading and unloading during the winter season without falling down in the snow! The buildings all have modern elevators with access to all floors. There all multiple game rooms, a workout facility, locker rooms, a spa, a full service restaurant and a small pantry to buy grocery items on premise. There is a steam room and a sauna in Building One and indoor outdoor heated pool and hot tubs on premise. The lobby has an automated machine for hot chocolate and coffee on premise for a small 50 cent fee. The resort offers Free Shuttle Service each day to the ski areas in town and to local shopping and dining. You don't have to drive once you get to the resort unless you want to and let someone else do it for you and enjoy a stress free vacation!
