As a guest, you’ll have access to your villa plus community amenities, including the Arnold Palmer course, Pro-Shop, clubhouse bar and restaurant, resort-style pool, and walking along the waterfront. The Villas are located close to our Salmon Creek Waterfront Park which includes beach access, day dock and firepit area.
Chowan Villa 114 is a two-story house featuring 4 bedrooms and 3 ½ baths and a large screened-in porch, which will be the focal point for relaxing and socializing after a long day on the course. The Chowan Villa 114 features stunning views of the 13th fairway & is walking distance from the onsite bar & restaurant!
The Chowan Villa 114 house features 2 Master bedrooms (1 downstairs & 1 upstairs) with queen beds and 2 rooms with 2 twin beds in each. The house can sleep up to 8 people. Enjoy the refined charm of Chowan Villa 114 at Occano, North Carolina`s premier golf destination.
