Inside, you’ll find an open concept living space with coastal inspired decor, plush seating, and floor to ceiling door walls that flood the room with natural light. The kitchen is fully stocked with modern appliances, cookware, and everything you need to whip up beachside breakfasts or sunset dinners. Each bedroom offers a cozy escape. The master with a queen bed and bathroom, the second with flexible sleeping arrangements for guests or family. And 2nd bathroom.

Step out onto your private balcony and soak in sweeping views of the beach, swaying palms and the occasional dolphin sighting. The condo also includes high speed WiFi, smart TV’s, in unit laundry, and central air, because comfort matters, even in paradise.

I’m originally from Michigan, but Fort Myers Beach has definitely stolen my heart! 🌴☀️ I love being near the water, boating, spending time with family and friends, discovering great places to eat, and of course, enjoying a cocktail while watching one of our amazing Florida sunsets.

I love hosting because I genuinely enjoy sharing this little piece of paradise with other people. I want my guests to feel comfortable, have fun, make great memories, and experience the laid-back lifestyle that made me fall in love with Fort Myers Beach in the first place.

I chose this neighborhood because it captures everything I love about Fort Myers Beach. It has a relaxed, welcoming feel while still being close to the beach, beautiful sunsets, great restaurants, boating, and everything the island has to offer. I especially love the quieter atmosphere—it feels peaceful and removed from the crowds, yet you’re never far from the fun. There’s something special about waking up surrounded by sunshine, palm trees, warm Gulf breezes, and that laid-back island lifestyle. After everything Fort Myers Beach has been through, it’s also exciting to be part of a community that continues to rebuild, grow, and come back better than ever. For me, this neighborhood simply feels like home—and I hope our guests feel that way while they’re here, too.

Whether your perfect day involves the beach, boating, fishing, biking around the island, enjoying a great meal, or simply doing absolutely nothing, it’s all right here.

We also love being part of Fort Myers Beach as it continues to rebuild and come back stronger after Hurricane Ian. There’s a wonderful energy on the island right now—a combination of the laid-back beach town everyone has always loved and an exciting sense of renewal.
