Island Charm with exceptional private pool


Venga a tomar el sol en la hermosa y nueva piscina climatizada y el spa en esta casa de campo elevada magníficamente renovada. Ubicada a solo 4 casas de Estero Blvd, nuestra playa de arenas blancas se encuentra a muy corta distancia de la calle. A la vuelta de la esquina, encontrará Heavenly Biscuit para el desayuno y el almuerzo y la nueva tienda de helados Royal Scoop. Diamond Head Resort con dos fantásticos restaurantes está a solo una cuadra de distancia. El muelle y Times Square están a menos de 10 minutos a pie.  Si vuela en el Aeropuerto de Fort Myers (RSW), puede tomar un autobús hasta el Transbordador de la Isla que se detiene al final de nuestra calle. Alquila una bicicleta (la mejor manera de experimentar la isla) y no necesitarás alquilar un automóvil. También hay varias tiendas de alquiler de bicicletas cerca.  

Sala de estar de concepto abierto con Smart TV Full HD de 60 pulgadas, 120 Hz. Refresque con WIFI incorporado. El paquete X-1 DVR, cable e Internet de alta velocidad de Xfinity con más de 100 canales HD, cobertura deportiva 24/7 además de ESPN y Fox Sports. Nuevo sistema de sonido Dolby con diente azul habilitado. 
El área de comedor y la cocina con hermosos mostradores de granito y una isla generosa harán que la preparación de comidas sea un evento familiar agradable. Dos habitaciones King, cada una con baño privado y una habitación con literas a las que se puede acceder desde el área principal o de la cocina. Todos los 3 dormitorios tienen televisores. Área soleada en la cubierta de la piscina y un agradable patio con sombra, que incluye nevera, microondas y muebles de comedor al aire libre cerca de la parrilla. Island Charm Stay

We loved the Island charm. Many things available for use at the house for guests (towels, beach chairs, games, umbrellas, beach cart, etc.). Beds were comfy, and the pool was clean and refreshing. Unfortunately it was too hot to enjoy the awesome hot tub much. We would stay at the Island Charm again for sure!

Family get-away!

This property had everything you need to be as comfortable as possible. Private pool and hot tub, close to the beach and shopping in the near vicinity. Many places to eat and drink.

Great vacation!

We loved this rental property. The house and pool were exactly what we were looking for. Our kids loved the bunk room and the pool. It was a short walk to the beach and the beach cart is a huge help.

A Relaxing getaway!

There were no challenges with the property. It was smaller than I anticipated however the jacuzzi made up for the size. Great location! Loved being near the beach! Enjoyed the relaxing vacation!

Girls Weekend

Three of us have been friends for 50 plus years and our girls weekend was perfect at your home. Minutes to the beach and everything we needed. The home was beautiful and we were humbled by the the devastation from the hurricane.

Nice place

This is a very nice house with a great location; within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. There was plenty of room for four adults and three teens. Pool and hot tub were nice. All the mattress’ are terrible and the room with bunk beds was very small for teens.

Constructions everywhere

Very expensive for all the noise in the neighbourhood because of the constructions and a very dirty floor when we arrived. Not what we expectet.

Great Home Away From Home

We truly enjoyed our stay at Island Charm! It was the perfect size for our family of four - two adults and two kids under 10. The kids loved having separate bedrooms with TVs and, of course, we enjoyed having one in ours as well. The bathrooms were a little snug, but were fine for a week of vacation. We loved having everything on one floor and a great couch for watching movies on a rainy day. There was plenty of closet and drawer space, seating throughout the house and the kitchen was perfect. The island is huge and the fridge was fantastic. The pool was great! We never turned the spa on - it was already hot enough! - but the kids loved having a smaller space to play, so it was a lovely addition to the pool. There were plenty of chairs and we enjoyed the table, mini fridge and overhead fan (all out of the sun) while eating lunch and dinner. The grill worked like a charm and there were plenty of great things under the stairs - chairs, sand toys, an umbrella and a beach wagon. We enjoyed walking down to the ice cream shop from the house and also stopping on our way back from the beach. The house is a 5 minute walk from a beach access point (#28) that is located directly across from a crosswalk. And an added bonus, the access point had a Mobi-Mat installed, allowing for ADA beach access. While we did not need this for disability reasons, it made it much easier for the kids to walk down the path and to pull the beach wagon. *chef's kiss*

Great location!

Stayed here a week with my family, overall enjoyed our stay. Location is perfect for walks to the beach or to Times Square. They also accommodated for my two family dogs.

Great location

Cute house with a great location. Quiet street, short walk to beach, AC works well, nice pool and hot (warm) tub attached. We had a great time, found house comfy decorated nicely, two things that could have made it a five start stay....pool cleaning and house cleaning supplies. We checked in on a Saturday and the pool was not cleaned until Friday afternoon, after a week of use it defiantly needed vacuumed and some chemicals, doing it mid stay or even providing a vacuum for people to use would have been nice, I vacuum our pool at home almost every day to keep it clean, we did the best we could with the net but as you know that does nothing for the bottom or the chemicals needed. The other complaint was there was not a single thing to clean the house with...no counter disinfectant, no stove top cleaner, nothing to wipe down bathrooms with. We rent houses often, all over the world, and have always had the basics left (cleaners, disinfectants, salt and pepper, etc) this was a first with us and was shocking, you would think they would like us to keep their house clean. We borrowed some from our friends that rented a house down the street that was well stocked as I was not buying everything to clean a house for our 1 week stay. Add some cleaners and mid stay pool maintenance and this would be a 5 star place.
