We are glad you enjoyed your stay! Sometimes the remote for the TV is tricky and it has to be reprogrammed. I'm glad Bryan was able to assist. We leave whatever spices the prior guests leave for the new arrivals. We hope you come back and visit us soon. :)

As owners we can positively say that we never had any complaints about the beds over 5 years and our home is booked 50 weeks of the year. We will look into the possibility of putting in thicker mattress pads so clients will have a choice to use them or not.

Unfortunately, the sea grass can be unpredictable and is a natural occurrence along the coast, especially during certain times of the year. Every morning Bryan cleans out the seaweed in front of Casa Redonda and he mentioned that you appreciated his hard work in doing this for you. We appreciate your comments about the curtain additions — guest suggestions like yours help us improve. The beach in front of Casa Redonda is beautiful with white sand. The best swimming and snokeling is at the end of the pier which is 8-10 feet deep. The local dump is 2 miles on the laggon side. Casa Redonda is on the oceanside. We think possibly the smell may have come from someone burning trash nearby but for sure it was not the dump. The town regularly barges the garbage off the island to the mainland.

We are glad that you had a good trip and that our staff kept up their usual high standards and you had a good nice rest in the beds. As far as the stereo and dvd concerns, now days everyone has their own music source that they travel with. With all the different types of options (I phones, I pads, etc etc) to have plugs for each device to amplify the music would not be possible. There is a DVD player in the cabinet because no one uses DVD's any longer. Alex & Elena have a cellphone which you can get credit on in the local shops if you needed to use a phone to make a call. There are a couple of bicycles which are in the bodega which may be used, Alex could have assisted if you asked him. The kitchen has 2 draws of kitchen utensils, if any items were missing Elena who cleans every day could have assisted in locating the item you may have wanted. There is a kitchen on the 2nd level and when the entire villa is rented with larger groups people move kitchen items around to each of the levels and sometimes they are not put back in their correct place. Thank you I appreciate the 5 stars and would also like to address the issues which you expressed. I had offered to send a taxi to pick you up when you arrived in San Pedro but you decided to take the golf carts directly to the villa in the dark. The mile marker sign posts are very clear and the sign is directly in front of Casa Redonda on the street (mile marker 3.5 )but with the entire group showing up drunk on the golf carts I can see how you had a hard time finding the property on the first day. The villa has rain water and city water. You do have to wait for the on-demand system to kick in to get hot water but it doesn't take very long. The ac's all were running perfectly, Alex our caretaker checks before each arrival and no one from the group complained while they were there if there were any issues. I've never had anyone say the mattress in the master bedroom is uncomfortable. Some people are very sensitive to different mattresses, I understand this sometimes happens to me. The pool is completely private to Casa Redonda guests only so the statement that the pool is "kinda shared" is simply untrue. On a personal note your group were very drunk the entire time. Two of the guests had a altercation and one of the guys heads were split open. He refused to get medical attention and there was a lot blood all over the stairs. Also, glasses were broken. I hope if you rent from another homeowner that you will take better care of the property and be more respectful.
