Coco Caye Villa, Villa frente al mar

Villa de 2 dormitorios y 3 baños completos frente a la playa, nueva cama king size en el dormitorio principal, habitación de invitados tamaño queen, también tenemos un sofá cama queen en la gran sala de arriba.
Nuestra villa ubicada a 4. 5 millas al norte de San Pedro en el área de mata grande está frente a la playa, a solo 75 'del borde del agua.
Ofrecemos wifi gratuito, televisión por cable, servicio de limpieza a mitad de semana para estancias de seis noches o más y un kayak doble
 para su uso exclusivo Se pueden hacer arreglos para kayaks adicionales si lo desea.
A su llegada a la isla, puede tomar un taxi, un bote o un carrito de golf alquilado directamente a la villa.
Nuestra casa es una de las 5 villas privadas conocidas como Caye Villas, una vez una plantación de coco.
Tenemos una gran piscina de agua dulce para enjuagarse después de un día en el océano o simplemente para descansar y tomar el sol.
Directamente detrás de Caye Villas hay un pequeño mercado, el supermercado Mata Grande. Si lo desea, puede solicitar todas sus provisiones en línea y tenerlas en la Villa a su llegada.
Hay 2 restaurantes muy agradables a 10 minutos a pie por la playa, Rojo Lounge @ Azul Resort y Mambo at Mata Chica.
Un tercero, uno de mis preferidos, (Portofino) enviará un bote para que lo recoja y lo regrese a su hogar después. La información de contacto para todos está en el libro de visitas de la villa.
Nuestro administrador de propiedades en la isla puede ayudarlo a hacer los arreglos que desee para hacer snorkel, bucear, pescar y viajar al continente después de su reserva.

Damien teaching us to climb the coconut trees. Being picked up at the beach for an otherworldly snorkeling tour. Beautiful grounds, rustling palms, sparkling pool, outdoor shower with spa quality hair care products. Gorgeous villa with local art and wood carvings. We had the time of our lives!!!

We had a great stay! Charles was super attentive on getting some things for us before we arrived. Damien was amazing with keeping the grounds cleaned and making sure we had everything we needed during our stay.

This was our 1st visit to Belize. We came for our 10 yr anniversary with our friends (1 couple). Caye Villas was perfect. Definitely an adventure finding it, which makes it amazing once you turn in and walk on the property. Damian (the grounds keeper) heard our golf cart and met us at the entrance. He is so gracious and welcoming. Helped with our bags, showed us the villa and all other information and then gave us space to relax and unwind after a long travel day with many hiccups. We greatly appreciated that.Our friends room AC wasn't putting out much cold air at all.. Damian had it fixed the next day. Please note the only reason it was the next day is because it was 10:30-11pm at night when we figured it out and told Vladimir who then called Damian who came right over and checked it out.Damian cut down fresh coconuts for us, cut them open for us. We only needed house keeping once. She was wonderful, washed our clothes and brought them back folded. If you are looking for a quite spot to escape to after all the hustle and bustle of the town of San Pedro... this is it.We went at the end of September. Had the entire grounds to ourselves other than 1 person whom we only seen twice. Its about 10 mins from secret beach and 25 mins from town, depending on how you drive. Im from the country so its not a bad ride nor that long. There is a store about 5 minutes down the road. You definitely gotta check out the moon bar and their pizza... soo good. Remember.. BUG REPELLENT!!

Property. Damian has an awesome green thumb. Vladimir the security guard is sweet as can be. He will also give you plenty of privacy while keeping you safe watching over the grounds.

This was a great place to stay for 2 couples! The 2 king beds were very comfortable. The whole house was very clean. Views could not be beat! Damian the care taker was amazing and so thoughtful. The pool was immaculate. We loved the location being in a more quiet spot but close to so many great places! We would definitely stay here again!

The villa perfectly met our expectations, offering a spacious, open design that made our stay comfortable and relaxing. The property was beautiful, well maintained and equipped with all the essentials. Communication was excellent—any questions were addressed promptly, giving us peace of mind throughout our stay. The convenient location near restaurants and bars made dining out a good option, and the small market close by offered an impressive selection for a quick meal or snack. This is a place we would definitely come back to.

Charles and Michelle made preparing to come to Belize for the first time so easy. They helped us with arranging transportation to their place and golf cart rental for transportation while we were there. We were supported during our stay by Damien the host/grounds keeper, Amparo the house keeper/cook, and Vladimir the night watchman. Our every need and safety was taken care of which allowed us to just relax and play without worry. We had an incredible time and will definitely return. Thank you Charles and his staff for taking such good care of us.

Excellent communication with the owner and property manager. Damian was most helpful and the property was absolutely beautiful. Clean and well maintained. Safe and secure. Great location only 20 mins to San Pedro and about 10-15 min to secret beach. Pool was clean and refreshing as well. Would definitely go back here!

Beautiful Island Getaway!

The property was exactly as described, and the property manager, Damian, was fabulous! He was incredibly responsive to any of our questions and made a point of checking in with us almost daily to see if we needed anything. Our family loved being outside of San Pedro, where it felt more quiet and relaxing, but still having easy access to San Pedro, Secret Beach and a wide variety of restaurants on the North Side of the Island. It was also great having the Scuba Daze dock a short walk away, as we loved the snorkeling excursions out to the reef! At the end of the day, it was awesome to come back and take advantage of the pool, the outdoor spaces or just play a game! It was a wonderful vacation!

Spring Break Stay

We just returned from a stay in Belize at Coco Caye Village. The villas was very cute and comfortable. A crib was provided for our 18 month old. The grounds are well maintained and the pool is large and nice. We would definitely stay there again.

This property was the perfect place to stay in Ambergris Caye. The house itself was spacious and beautiful, Charlie and Michelle were helpful in organizing our transportation to and from, and the caretaker Damian, as well as Vladimir (security guard) and Ampera (housekeeper) were very friendly. 10/10 would recommend to anyone, and would stay here again in a heartbeat

beautiful home away from home

It was a beautiful home, 2 bedroom, 3 bath, and a pull out couch. The kitchen was equipped well. Right on the beach. The caretaker, Damien, was very nice, and efficient with any answers and help. The owner was very nice, and responded quickly to any questions. He paid for a taxi to take us there upon arrival. I would recommend this rental if you are looking for a quiet, yet beautiful home.

Tropical paradise

It was worth the bumps in the road to Coco Caye Villa. When we arrived, we were in heaven. The location is awesome, peaceful, and beautiful. The owner, the caretaker, and the security were top-notch. The kitchen was well stocked, with everything you need for adults and kids, from ceramic dishes to plastic cups. There were plenty of towels, and the bed was super comfortable. We were truly spoiled since it was just the two of us, but it could comfortably fit 6. The porch and balcony were also super comfortable and the hammock was amazing. Can't beat the view and private beach. We hope to come back one day and bring our adult kids and grandson!

Great Family Getaway

There were 5 of us that stayed at Caye Villas (myself, my husband, our 16 year old daughter, young adult son and his girlfriend). The communication from Charlie prior to the trip was very helpful, especially given that we had never been to the island before. He was very proactive in helping us arrange transportation to the villa and golf carts for our stay, making it a very smooth and stress-free process. Scuba Daze Dive shop was right nextdoor and we did several trips with them. They were very competent and friendly. Our daughter completed her open water certification with them. Its a small shop, so has a very private feel. Highly recommend! Damian was wonderful and we enjoyed our conversations with him. We had a few maintenance issues that he addressed right away and always with a smile. He provided guidance on transportation and local restaurants and even helped coordinate Thanksgiving dinner for us prepared by Ampara which was delicious and memorable! The property is well appointed. We used the available sea kayaks to paddle out to a small reef and did our own snorkeling and saw nurse sharks and mantas! The property is located to a number of small restaurants. We really liked the Truck Stop (great food, music, and games). The small grocery around the corner had a great selection at very reasonable prices, better than driving to the larger grocery 15 minutes down the road. The property is beautiful and feels like a home away from home.

This property is UNBELIZEABLE!!! From the ocean view, to Damien & Amparo, nothing could beat it!! My husband & I were there during Tropical storm, Nadine, and Charlie & Michelle were sure to accomodate

Great vacation house

What a stunning property! The house is beautifully decorated and very spacious. The beds are super comfortable and having 3 bathrooms in the house is a huge bonus! The property manager Damian is one of the kindest and most helpful people we’ve ever met. And Rocky the dog was really fun to have around. It does take a while to get into town so plan accordingly!

Fantastic Stay!

Coco Caye villas were magical. Perfectly situated so that we felt nestled in our own private sanctuary, but not so far from restaurants/groceries that getting to and fro took forever. The villa was clean and cool and had everything we needed. The grounds were a dream, including a pool and a sweet dog named Rocky who would take affection, but never demand it. The owners always responded immediately to my questions, gave wonderful suggestions, and, when we arrived, had someone lead us to the property so we didn't get lost. The grounds keeper was equally kind and attentive. I highly recommend Coco Caye Villas!!

Most hospitable vacay ever

We had an amazing time at Coco Caye. The ease of getting there and the accommodation were top notch. Damian and Rocky were the best and most helpful with booking excursions with the best outfitters and in house massages. We had the most relaxing time. Property is clean. And beautiful. The waterfront dock was performed laying on to watch the stars at night. We would definitely book here again!

We had a great time at Caye Villas. Damian was amazing! He was super helpful, very friendly, always meeting our needs right away. The villa was spectacular! The upstairs balcony was a perfect place to enjoy some down time. We will be back!

Caye Villas 2024

Loooved every minute of our week in Paradise. Coco Caye does not disappoint. Service and accommodations were impeccable. Damien, Rocky, Vladamir, Amparo, Janice and Kris made sure all needs were anticipated and taken care of. Clinton and his crew at Ali Mermaid were lovely and so many memories were made. 10 stars out of 5!! Thank you for an incredible week. ❤️ We will definitely book again!!

Oceanfront Tranquility

Just returned from being spoiled all week at Caye Villas. The property was stunning- beautiful units, lovely big pool, palm trees and white sand a few steps away from the ocean. Our unit had a full kitchen, perfectly working AC, comfortable beds, and cozy couches inside and out. The porch overlooked the ocean and the cool ocean breeze made a perfect spot for lounging. The inside and outside showers were simply luxurious. Damien and other staff were responsive and friendly, easily there for anything you may need. Housekeeping and laundry was available often, and we felt safe and comfortable in a quieter area of the island. A note on the area- it is a bit hard to see on the map, but it is a 20-30 minute golf cart ride from town/airport/dock. This makes it quieter and more remote and beautiful, but just remember that golf cart travel is a little more rugged than car travel. :) Nevertheless, exploring the island via golf cart was a fun experience. The friendliness, the hospitality, the kind hearts of the Belizean people were something I will never forget. It is truly one of the kindest places I've ever been to in the Caribbean, along with the best ocean life. Stay here to be wowed by both.
