En lo alto de un risco con vistas al sonido, este increíble hogar frente al sonido ha sido completamente renovado con una cocina gourmet del chef (totalmente equipada), sala de estar abierta brillante, vistas panorámicas del agua desde todas las habitaciones. 3 dormitorios, 2 baños y una gran terraza hecha para el entretenimiento. Calefacción central y aire acondicionado, nivel inferior terminado. Pasos privados por el acantilado conducen a la playa privada. Gorgeous sunset views from this spacious spot. Plenty of room for the kids to play in the basement, a great deck for dinners, large primary bedroom and a fantastic beach to explore.

Second time in this beautiful house

We've been coming to the area almost every summer for the over 20 years, and this is one of our favorite houses. Having visited in 2023 (see my previous review) we were excited to find a week when our plans lined up with when the house was available!Nothing changed in two years - the house is still immaculate and the host is still very easy to work with. The only complaint is that our time there flew by too fast!

Peaceful staycation

Upon arrival to departure the property, the home was perfect for our family. Excellent place to cook inside outside the views were spectacular. Everything was just really peaceful. It was exactly what we needed. We look forward to coming back.

View from the proprrty

The house was big enough for each one to be confortabile, and have privacy. I liked the house decor which was minimalist but also warm and clean. The best thing was the ocean view and the sundowns were breathtaking. Just fix the status that lead to the beach

Incredible Views!

My family and I stayed here for a long weekend. The home is lovely and the views of the Long Island Sound from the back deck are incredible. We had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Setting

My husband and I stayed here with another couple. Layout of the house is perfect with the primary bedroom on one side of the living area and the queen bedroom off the other side. There was also a bunk room and full finished basement which we did not use. The living area/kitchen looks out on LI Sound and opens to a large deck just as the photos depict. It was a weekend trip with not so great weather and it didn't matter at all. The serene, beautiful setting made for a very enjoyable and relaxing time.

Perfect beach house in Greenport

We've been coming to the area almost every summer for the last 20 years or so, and this is one of the best combination of house/location we've experienced to date. Beautiful location on a bluff overlooking the Sound, walkable to the Greenport town center (30 min), well equipped house with a great kitchen and living spaces, and a host that is very easy to work with.

Perfect vacation for us!

The property is beautiful - set on a bluff above the sound - just as pictured. The location is very quiet, we hardly heard anyone. House is well-appointed and very clean - beds comfortable. Less than 5 min drive to Greenport, and about a 25 minute walk. Even on a summer weekend - although the town was clearly much busier than during the week - there was parking, and we could get a dinner reservation at many places. Several of us used the kayaks- much fun! We did need shore/water shoes on the pebbly beach - but that's to be expected. The owner responded quickly to a couple of questions. WiFi connection was just fine. We really could not have been happier.

Another wonderful stay

This is our second summer staying in this home and it was another wonderful stay. The owner was extremely easy to coordinate and communicate with and she was even nice enough to put some of her children’s old toys out for my kids to play with in the basement. The view from this property is truly remarkable and is very centrally located. Would absolutely recommend to anyone, especially young families. We would love to come back next year!

Seaside Holiday

Spent a 4 day weekend at the house. Perfect for a family. Spectacular Water views from master bedroom living room and kitchen. 5 min drive into the center of town bustling with shops and restaurants. 5 min to ferry to Shelter island and 20 min via ferry to The south fork and Sag Harbor. Cozy Home, Viking Appliances for the chef in your family. It felt like home away from home. Very relaxing stay.

Such a view!

We were blown away by the beauty of this property. Morning coffee on the deck, afternoon reading under the umbrellas, cocktails and dinner watching incredible sunsets, we couldn’t have been happier. The house is clean, well equipped and all on one level, and we really appreciated the AC during the heat wave. We booked the house to enjoy Greenport’s restaurants, shops, oysters, farm stands, wineries and the lavender farm but we’ll go back for the sunsets!

Nice Time in Greenport

I was there with my parents and kids and we had a great time. Property has an amazing view of the Long Island Sound from the living room, kitchen and master suite. View is unsurpassed and very peaceful. Place is relatively clean but could be a little cleaner but not dirty by any means. Basement needs cleaning and updating and is unfortunately kind of wasted space. There are additional beds in basement but you wouldn’t want to sleep down there. Beach is rocky but nice. Bring water shoes to make it easier to walk but it’s nice not having to deal with getting sand off. It’s a long flight of stairs to beach but perfectly fine for anyone in decent shape. Little things that would make it even better would be uniform hangers in closets instead of whatever dry cleaning hangers were left, a nicer sound system (I brought my own Sonos knowing they didn’t have one), an Apple TV or something similar to stream with, nicer wine glasses/dishes and bathroom towels. And a pair of scissors for the kitchen. These little improvements would go a long way to make the place even better than it was. But as it is it’s still really great and we would definitely go back and recommend. Master bedroom is phenomenal. Guest bedroom is adequate but not nearly as nice. And the kids bedroom is really nice too. It has bunk beds. About 5 minutes drive from the town of Greenport which is great little town. Especially once weekend traffic is over it’s much quieter. Avoid the tourist trap restaurants as there are many other great gems. Owner was great and answered any and all questions and was really helpful.
