Welcome to Phoenix X 1505, a beautiful penthouse-floor beachfront condo offering breathtaking top-floor views of the Gulf of Mexico. This 1-bedroom, 1-bath retreat sleeps up to 6 guests and features 800 sq. ft. of bright, coastal comfort—perfect for a romantic getaway, couples retreat, or small family beach vacation.

Step inside and enjoy the inviting living space filled with natural light from floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open to your private balcony. Guests love the refreshing breeze and panoramic Gulf views—an ideal spot for morning coffee, evening wine, or sunset dining.

The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals when you're not enjoying Orange Beach's fantastic local restaurants. The primary bedroom offers direct access to the shared bathroom, which also opens to the hallway for convenient guest use. For additional sleeping space, the living room includes a sleeper sofa plus two twin sleeper chairs. Flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer ensure all the comforts of home during your stay.

The only thing better than the views is the location. Phoenix X sits right next door to the iconic Flora-Bama—famous for live music, cold drinks, and a lively beachfront atmosphere. Just across the street, you'll find the Flora-Bama Yacht Club, Flora-Bama Marina & Watersports, jet ski and pontoon rentals, fishing charters, and even a liquor store. Enjoy a vacation full of entertainment, dining, and adventure—all without ever needing to drive.

• RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.

• AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation.

• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.

• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.

Not happy

The second bathtub had a deep crack in it. Had to go to Walmart and buy a mat just so my grand babies could take a bath. We checked in at 4, got everything we needed headed to room and they were still cleaning. We finally get in room floors are still wet and sand on the floor.

Fun spot

Up to date and clean unit. The crowd was a little wilder than I’m used to but we were like 100 feet from FloraBama so I kind of expected that. I didn’t mind. No complaints.

The condo was exactly what we expected. Clean and the staff was quick to respond with an issue with the air conditioning. The issue was handled quickly and professionally. Our only complaint was the mattress in the bedroom. I read from previous reviews that it is a new mattress but the mattress was extremely hard and very uncomfortable. An inexpensive topper could definitely solve this. Overall our stay was great.

Great 1 Bedroom Unit

This was perfect for our short stay to see some family and enjoy the beach (although it was chilly) and the FloraBama. This is perfect for a couple. Adequate kitchen supplies and a nice refrigerator. Was happy that it had a working ice maker as we have stayed in plenty of units where they don't work. The property is nice with Indoor and Outdoor pools and plenty of hot tubs during the busy times. Back or property opens right up to the beach. I was also pleased that a couple beach chairs were available in the unit. We were very happy with the price also. I had a question a couple days before the trip and they got back to me within an hour or so. I would look to this unit again if we were making a similar trip.

We came down to celebrate New Years at Flora-Bama next door and it did not disappoint. Great accommodations. Participated in the Polar Bear Plunge the next day as well.

Minutes walk to the Florabama

Enjoyable stay in this very clean and spacious condo Next door to the Florabama and easy beach access. The property management team was responsive and addressed an issue with the front door immediately. The only negatives were the bed and the couch. The king sized mattress was very firm and not at all comfortable. The couch needed cleaning and sagged. Being on the 15th floor was a little unnerving at first but we got used to it after a couple of days.

Weekend getaway

Very clean, beautiful view. Right next door to the Flora Bama. Top floor. Well appointed. Pretty far away from the parking deck and the elevator lobby. Nice pool, beautiful beach. Racquetball court and nice workout room. The most uncomfortable bed I have ever TRIED to sleep in. 3 sleepless nights. Hopefully the owners will replace the torn up, worn out mattress. (I doubt that Goodwill would take it)

Phoenix 10 vacay

We really enjoyed our trip. The room was in a great location and everything was clean, beach was right there and very nice. We frequented Flora Bama multiple times as it’s right next door. Super convenient. The only thing I was not a fan of was when I came back from the beach in middle of the day there was two men in my room, one just walking out of the rest room. This made me super uncomfortable. They told me they were fixing the screen on the sliding door to the balcony. Would have appreciated a heads up or them to fix that before or after my visit.

Great trip!

Pretty much everything was accurate to advertisement. Very Clean and nice. Minimal complaints: Check-in took a little too long due to low staff. Elevators were very buggy. Gym was pretty bare-bones. The room itself was perfectly fine. 4/5 Would stay again :D

Perfect location

Great location, walking distance to restaurants and entertainment. Gorgeous beach. The balcony appeared larger in the photo but was adequate. Sliding doors are very difficult to open, but beautiful view. Bedroom spacious and nice very comfy mattress. Kitchen well supplied for cooking. The condo was very clean but could use some updated new family area furniture.
