Renovated Eagle's Nest Condo, shuttle route, hot tub.
The Space:
Beautifully renovated Eagle's Nest, 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath. This property is a perfect location to launch your adventures in Crested Butte! Map out your favorite front side runs on the infamous double black runs on Mt. Crested Butte from the living room window. Parking for 2 cars; one in a garage, one outside.
Upon walking to the 2nd floor entrance, you will find yourself in the main living area of the condo. The kitchen lives large with its farmhouse style and is complete with a dine in table that seats 6. The living room has a wood burning fireplace with wood provided and a large smart television connected to cable. Just off of the living room is a private deck with views towards Mt. CB. A small table and chairs are there for your enjoyment.
On the next floor up you will find the primary bedroom suite, a guest bedroom with a queen bed (and television), desk and computer monitor, and a full-sized bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The primary bedroom has a king bed and private bathroom and a small porch to enjoy the views of Mt. Crested Butte.
On the top floor of the condo is a bunk room with a twin over full bed.
All of our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware and utensils including a newly installed dishwasher. While most properties have salt, pepper, and basic cooking pantry items, we do not guarantee these will be available upon arrival.
There is a garage for storing all your gear and 1 vehicle. The garage height is 81 inches. 2 parking spaces are available to you with one being the garage space. In the garage is a full sized washer and dryer.
Outside the condo and just about a 100 feet from your condo is a shared hot tub for the complex and a grill that is for communal use. Please note there is not a grill at the condo itself.
This complex cannot accommodate trailers of any kind. In winter months AWD or 4 WD is recommended.
The minimum age for all persons in this property is 25 years, except for children (of all ages) with their parent or legal guardian.
Please note that we do count all children and infants in the headcount for the property.
This property does not allow pets b/c of HOA restrictions. Please note the owners do travel with their dogs.

The Neighborhood:
This complex is located in Mt. Crested Butte. It is just above the Snowcrest condos which you can walk down to, cross the pedway and be at the base area.
Getting Around:
Having a vehicle will make your stay easier. There is a free on demand shuttle service around Mt CB.

HOA parking plan:
Eagle’s Nest Parking Plan Notice* The following parking regulations have been approved by the Eagle’s Nest Board of Directors and incorporated into the Homeowner Association’s governing documents: 1) Designated parking areas and garages are the only areas in which parking is permitted. 2) All authorized vehicles must be properly permitted by Association management prior to parking in the parking area. Permits must be appropriately displayed for easy viewing. All vehicle(s) must be registered with management at the Three Season Front Desk. 3) No motorized vehicles shall remain parked upon the property unless the same is in good working order and used for actual transportation. 4) Parking in non-designated areas may subject the offending vehicle’s owner to fines and/or towing. 5) After a snow storm of more than 6”, vehicle(s) are required to be moved to a plowed area within 12 hours of the snow storm so that all areas may be plowed. 6) All cars should be moved into recently plowed parking spaces as possible. The goal is to limit cost of plowing and moving all cars from the lot for plowing. 7) No unit may have more than two (2) vehicles on site at any one time. 8) If the owner or tenant is going out of town the keys to the vehicles need to be given to a local person, or the management company, who can move the vehicle if needed. Contact information to the person who has the vehicle keys need to be emailed to the property management company. If we cannot contact someone to move the vehicles as needed the vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense. 9) The Association reserves the right and authorizes the management company, during periods of high occupancy, to limit parking permits. 10) All vehicles must be moved a minimum of once every seven days, or more frequently, as requested by the association or by the property manager for snow removal or parking lot maintenance purposes. If possible all signage informing the plan to plow the entire parking lot shall be posted at each common entry at least 2 days before the vehicles are required to move from the parking lot. 11) No other types of transportation shall be permitted to be parked on Eagles Nest common area property. Other types of transportation includes, but not limited to, Recreational vehicles (more than 15’ long), snowmobiles, boats, motorcycles, trailers (of any length), and bicycles. Such items are permitted to be parked in garages. 12) No commercial vehicles and no trucks shall be parked on any road within the condominium property except when temporarily engaged in transport to and from a condominium, or as contractors for specific unit or HOA repairs. For the purpose of this rule, a ¾ ton or smaller vehicle, commonly known as a pickup truck, shall not be deemed to be a commercial vehicle or truck. The exception to this rule is an emergency vehicle meeting the following criteria: a) Any unit owner required by his or her employer to have an emergency vehicle at his or her residence during designated times AND b) The vehicle weights 10,000 pounds or less; c) The unit owner is a member of a volunteer fire department or an emergency service provider;* d) The vehicle has an official emblem or visible markings of an emergency service provider; and e) Parking the vehicle will not obstruct emergency access or interfere with the reasonable needs of the other residents who use the community’s driveways and parking.
Note: On-street/Town right of way parking is NOT allowed in the Town of Mt. Crested Butte.

Great base for outdoor adventures!
My family of four stayed at this condo for two weeks this summer. It was a great base for all sorts of outdoor adventures like hiking and mountain biking. The location is great, with just a short walk to the base of the ski area.

Lovely townhouse in a great location
The townhouse was lovely for our family. Each kid had their own room and space to play. It was a short walk to the CB Resort base which had entertainment, restaurants, and a coffee shop. Would stay again!

Family hiking week in CB.
Everything was great except for the hot tub. Unfortunately it was broken and then was repaired half way through our stay but never got warm enough to use. Everything else was great and would stay here again. Close to shuttle stop, amazing views. Perfect layout for our family. The kitchen is well supplied with cooking implements.

We've reached out to the HOA about it as they maintain it and it is repaired and heating properly now. We understand that after a long day in the mountains playing a hot tub is really nice to use. The house was in a great location. You could walk to the ski resort in a matter of minutes. It definitely is not stroller friendly. When we arrived it was easy to find, check in, and was very clean. The garage was a great area for storage. The kitchen was fully stocked with what we needed. They did not have kids plates, cups or silverware. Which was fine because we brought our own. Over all we loved this place and would book again!!

Wonderful Property!
Our family of 6 stayed here for 5 nights and it was perfect for us! The updated interior was very nice and included everything we could have asked for. Waking up to Mt Crested Butte outside of our window was beautiful. The garage was super convenient for parking and had enough firewood to last all season if we wanted. We enjoyed the property so much that we’d be willing to stay again!

Mtn bikers dream
This trip was exclusive to our desire to ride our bikes in the beautiful mountains. This property was close to lift access as well as the town of CB and the trails surrounding. The garage is perfect for those needing to store bikes overnight, however, bring a bike stand if you have one...regretted leaving our A-frame at home. Parking spaces were a little tight for my overly large (Texas) truck but didn't have any trouble finding a spot close to the entrance to the property.

Nicely renovated, clean, and enough room for our group of 4 adults and 3 kids to spread out. We were about to walk the .25 miles to the ski lift, although it’s a bit more strenuous with all of your gear on. Loved the views and the wood fireplace. It should be noted that there is no dishwasher, so plan on washing everything by hand. Overall a great condo and location!

Fantastic stay!
Great property and very responsive management team to boot! The only thing to point out for winter renters is that the location is on the bus route, but the buses really only hit the lot 1x per hour, and the times are not reliable depending on conditions (lots of snow means lots of delays… a good problem to have, but still a problem if you are eager to get on the mountain). That is nothing against this property, as it is amazing and a convenient location in general, but it is too far to walk to lifts (~ 1/2 mile and all uphill on the way back). We rented a SUV and used it every day to go to paid parking closer to the lifts ($20/day). If you wait on the buses during great snow conditions, you definitely will not beat the lift lines at the base or make fresh tracks… which is why we sucked it up and paid for parking. In general, having your own vehicle in CB is a plus… as the bus times and reliability are not like most major ski resorts… but that is the point of CB! All that said, the condo is up to date and very comfortable. The wood burning fireplace (and supply of wood) is awesome and we loved our stay. Would definitely rent again… but would also definitely have a car/suv to make the most of everything CB has to offer with some added predictability/reliability.
