Condominio de lujo de tres habitaciones / 2 baños, con toboganes de cristal llenos a un balcón de tamaño encantador donde te puedes sentar y relajarte y disfrutar de las magníficas vistas! Directamente al otro lado de la calle de Marina, donde se puede pescar, en barco o tomar excursiones de un día divertido. Ferries a Culebra y Vieques también a solo minutos de distancia. Tiendas de alimentación y otras compras también muy cerca. El apartamento está completamente amueblado, acogedor, TODO NUEVO. El apartamento tiene capacidad para seis personas cómodamente (3 habitaciones tamaño queen, cada una con TV de pantalla plana), además de dos camas supletorias disponibles. Aire acondicionado en todas partes, cable gratis y WiFi incluido. ¡El apartamento tiene todo lo que necesitas! Electrodomésticos modernos, además de lavadora / secadora y cocina completa. Great people to deal with...extremely clean place, nice views from any window and pretty much anything you need to have a beautiful beach day is included. The area has nice beaches and tours nearby but our favorite were the costal drives we did

This condo was amazing! We stayed here for almost a week and we had the best time. The views are to die for! We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony. We were so close to all the amenities. Several of our family members stayed in different condos and this one was by far our favorite! Debbie is so easy to work with and gave us tons of helpful information! We can't wait to go back!

Outstanding place to stay

The condo we rented from Debbie and Joe was outstanding in every respect. The booking process was honest and straightforward and any worries that one might have regarding the quality of the amenites should be dismissed immediately. The location in Fajardo is excellent for traveling in all directions for various activities, i.e. Luquillo Beach , the rainforest, Seven Seas Beach, Ceiba ferry and Puerto Del Rey marina to name a few. Many fine restaurants are located within a short drive. I highly recommend this palce to stay in Puerto Rico.

Great Condo

The condo looks exactly how is pictured; super clean, ac in every room, beach towels, chairs, etc. Debbie and Joe were available for every question. Spectacular views, close to everything (including a Supermarket called Pueblo that just opened last week). Hacienda Carabalí, Coquí Zipline, Luquillo Kiosks, etc. Only a short drive. We had a blast and definitely will be back.

Wonderful hosts & amazing property!

We were so pleased with our recent stay at this property. The hosts are amazing, were very quick in responding to questions, were flexible and easy to work with, and great at ensuring timely communication. They offered great local recommendations, and went above and beyond to assure us a great stay. More than that, this property does not disappoint & the pictures don't do justice! The house has absolutely beautiful views, the ocean in one direction, marina, and mountains and rainforest in another. Great accommodations in the house- perfect blend of feeling like you're staying at a resort, but simple comforts that make it feel like home. It is so clean, well maintained, and has great amenities. Plus, there is easy access to areas on the east side of the island, and not far from el Yunque or San Juan. I will definitely be staying here in the future, we loved our time!

Love this apartment and the community was an extremely beautiful, well kept and peaceful community. Everything was so beautiful that I felt like I was at a resort. A piece of paradise ☀️🏝😍

I want to first start off by saying that we booked this property with less than a one day notice and Debra went out of her way to make sure it happen. She is very easy to get in touch with and gave us a lot of useful information about Fajardo and local restaurants and attractions. The condo is wonderful, a piece of paradise, from the beautiful decor and furnishings to the amazing view. It has everything that you can possibly think of from a coffee maker to plastic bags for the nearby Walmart (that has gone green). And it is stocked with all beach supplies you can possibly think of making traveling to the beach away from home quite easy. We would highly recommend (Debbie’s) this place when traveling to Fajardo. I can’t wait to go back to enjoy this condo again or until we can buy our own piece of paradise in PR 🏝☀️

Highly Recommended

Ditto to all of the previous reviews. The unit was spotless, beautifully decorated, comfortable and had one of the largest decks that I have stayed in at a VRBO with amazing views. Communication with owner was great; immediate response time to any questions that we had. We took full advantage of all of beach towels, snorkel gear, bags, beach chairs, beach coolers & beach wagon, umbrella and really appreciated having those things there. This was a perfect location for our family who likes to explore different areas and make our own adventures vs. tours and all inclusive resorts. We also appreciated the on site book of recommended restaurants/activities-the ones that we tried were spot on and I would highly recommended. I honestly couldn't think of one thing that I would recommend for improvement during our booking process or stay...this place and the owners were truely 5 star.

Value and Stunning Vistas

First and foremost, I must congratulate both Joe and Debbie Maldonado (the owners) on equipping this rental with so many anticipated and unanticipated amenities. Staying here you will be astonished at the level of detail to ensure your stay is near perfect. They have thought of everything. If you stay at this complex, you will enjoy the "solitude and silence" so sought after in many tourist complexes. The population at PenaMar grows a bit on the week-ends with locals who own boats, etc. But yet, it's nothing that detracts from this place. The nearby restaurants (all within driving distance) up the hill, are excellent. A new one, "Sal and Pimienta" is a must. Just enjoy the sunsets while enjoying a pre-dinner drink (try the local Medalla beer..a must). Slow down, enjoy the atmosphere, the friendliest staff, and of course, the FOOD....AMAZING!!! As a frequent visitor to the island (we were there on a combined business/vacation with our children who loved it), we plan on staying here again the next time. Blessings to Debbie and Joe!!

Will definitely recommend and come back if I need a homebase!

Loved the view, amenities, and owner's immediate response to technology problem (went beyond to resolve TV). To better experience we recommend having at least 2 sets of keys so if a group is staying together then they can do their own activities without worrying about access. The bath towels and face/wash cloth numbers could be better. 1 towel for 5 days inconvenient (yes there is a washer, but I don't go on vacation to do laundry) at least 2 per person. To explain, the cleaning fee should cover doing laundry didn't like that the check out process included us doing to laundry. Overall a positive experience.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We truly appreciate getting valuable feedback from our renters as it helps us to better service future guests. We agree about the keys and are planning to replace the apartment door lock with a digital key entry very soon. With regard to towels, I understand your concern. As I mentioned, one towel and washcloth per person, plus beach towel each is pretty standard, even in hotels. So far it hasn't been a problem. When you asked for more towels, we provided them quickly. You also checked in with an additional person than originally registered and why you were short a towel set upon arrival. In terms of check-out instructions, we only ask our renters as a courtesy if they would please toss the towels in the wash and turn on the machine before they leave but it is not a requirement. It helps the cleaning person to get the apartment ready quickly for the next arrival, especially for those that ask for an earlier check-in (as you did). We try our best to accommodate all of our guests in the best way we can. Please remember it is not a hotel and does not have commercial or daily cleaning service. It is how homeowners like us are able to keep nightly rates and overall costs significantly lower than a hotel, giving our guests so much more for so much less! Thank you again for your suggestions. We're glad that you otherwise enjoyed your stay.

Perfect!

This place was more than we could have hoped for. The listing is super accurate - the condo is very clean, it is well appointed, and the communication with Debbie was fast. We appreciated the beach towels, the plastic bags for groceries, the stocked spices and coffee items, and the ice chests. The view was wonderful for sitting and drinking morning coffee.

This was my first time renting via Home Away. The process was very smooth and Debbie was very good about communication throughout the process. The apartment was great and had everything in perfect condition. We were six people and felt like home. Beautiful views and easy access. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Great stay!

Our family stayed here for a week and loved it! If your looking for a hotel stay, this place isn’t the one for you. We saw very little staff on the grounds other than security and landscapersa. Good things to know: 1. The appartment was very well decorated and stocked with items you could use like beach chairs, games, coolers, etc. 2. The view was fantastic but you have to drive to everything. 3. Security. We felt safe with the gated security. 4. The owners communication was amazing! Things that need improvement. 1. The grounds aren’t repaired from the Hurricanes. Broken fences, missing paint, missing roof tiles, etc. None of this is the owners fault but it’s the reality of the complex. 2. Keys. This sounds petty but renters with larger families need two sets of keys to get around the complex. If someone in your group needs to leave the apartment to go to the store and the spouse wants to use the pool, you both need keys. Overall, we would rent here again if we came back to the island.

Hi, and thank you for the feedback. You are right, it is not a hotel; it's better! So much more for less, and we take pride in providing all the extras to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Aside from security and landscapers, there is also cleaning staff that make sure the pools and buildings are maintained and clean. I apologize for the grounds not being fully repaired yet, the condo administration is still waiting on insurance unfortunately. With regard to keys, that is an excellent point. The administration only allows one key for the front door of the building, however, we will certainly raise that to them. We are glad you enjoyed your stay overall and hope you will visit again!

Absolutely amazing Ocean view, immaculately kept!

From the moment we entered the development we knew this was the place for us. Beautifully manicured grounds, scenic views, and very relaxing pools. (Not too mention a fitness room that has everything you would need for a great work out)! The real magic hit us when we opened the door to the apt for the first time! Breathtaking views of the Ocean and the islands that we will remember forever. The entire apt is immaculately kept and decorated with a bright, happy, tropical theme. The Living area is very spacious as are the bedrooms. The accommodations have been so well thought out as there was nothing more that we could have asked for. We very highly recommend this rental and we will definitely be coming back here in the future.

Wow!

My first impression of this beautiful condo was that it was spotless! The furniture and decor is all brand new and wonderfully decorated. The mattress was so comfortable, and I slept like a baby every night. Debbie and Joey( the owners) were super friendly and thought of everything down to the tiniest detail. They even provide links to great restaurants and activities in the area. My favorite was the private boat excursion from the marina across the street. The view from the balcony was breathtaking and I never got tired of looking at it. I will definitely be staying here again!

This property is amazing! Great location, wonderful views, decorated exquisitely, spacious, with all amenities available and great hosts. Joe and Debbie were so helpful in every possible way. I highly recommend this property without a doubt!

The condo was beautuful! Great location! Stunning views!

The condo was very comfortable. The amenities were right on!! 40 minutes to airport, super easy. Condo was spotless!! Very close to Luquillo Beach and Seven Seas Beach (Highly recommend that beach), Wydham Rio Mar resort is wonderful with their restaurants and Spa. The condo is across from the catamarans that take you diving and snorkelling. So much to do! The owners decorated the place gorgeous! They were were very easy to work with, attentive and extremely helpful. The transaction was very simple. The group I was with, know Puerto Rico quite well. We all have family and friends who live there. We all agreed, this gorgeous condo is the perfect location! This place is going to be extremely popular, so book asap! The only negative thing to thIs wonderful, magical trip was, we had to leave!! 😢😢🇵🇷🇵🇷🇵🇷

Simply Amazing!

My husband and I loved this place! The view from the balcony to the ocean and marina is truly amazing. I sat in the balcony every morning to have my cup of coffee. What a wonderful way to start the day. This condo is lovely and gorgeous as shown in the pictures. I hope everyone that visits will take good care of it, so that others can enjoy its beauty. The infinity pool was absolutely relaxing, and the view from up there is amazing! The location is perfect place for vacationing next to the marina, Seven Seas Beach and Las Croabas. You can take a boat ride from the marina to Cayo Icacos Island , Culebra or Vieques. It’s about 10 minute drive to Luquillo Beach, 20 minute drive to El Yunque National Forest and 30 minutes to San Juan. La Ola Restaurant is across the street that offers great food and music. Las Vistas Café is about a 10 minute drive, excellent for breakfast and then you have Pasion por el Fogon if you would like a more quiet intimate dinner, just minutes from Pena Mar. This property provides security 24/7. You must identify yourself and condo # when entering. Also, you have your own parking space, which is a plus. Owners Debra and Joe were easy to reach and they responded quickly. This condo is highly recommended. Julia and Edwin Soba

Definitely Staying Here Again!

From the moment we booked this place we were happy! The owners are helpful and quick to respond. Located near restaurants, shopping and excursions. The place was very clean. Decor is beautiful. AC in bedrooms & living room. We really didnt use the AC in the living room because the breeze from balcony was plenty. The apartment had everything we needed from towels to bedding and kitchen supplies. Favorite part ..having coffee on the balcony in the morning looking out into the ocean. We would most certainly recommend staying here over a resort. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly- the vacation was paradise!

Absolutely gorgeous inside and out!!

The property is beautiful with 3 pools, very convenient and very safe. The views are breath taking as we sat on the very spacious balcony. Other magnificent views from each of the bedrooms. The condo is lovely and everything is brand new yet comfortable and inviting! Having the marina close by to take the motorized raft boats for snorkeling and adventure are also close by.. the beaches although affected by hurricane Maria were still beautiful where my son was able to take surfing lessons too! Gladys breakfast place is a warm restaurant where she greets you and makes you feel right at home! This condo is definitely a must go back to!!!
