Ubicado en el idílico entorno rural de Exeter Village y rodeado de un paisaje espectacular, galardonadas bodegas / puertas de bodega, campos de golf, lugares para bodas, paseos a caballo, tiendas y atracciones locales del sur de las Tierras Altas - Entally Park es la granja perfecta para alquilar para una escapada de fin de semana o unas vacaciones relajantes más largas.

En el momento en que ingresa a las puertas, es recibido por un impresionante camino arbolado que conduce a un santuario privado de 5. 2 acres con jardines establecidos como parques. La propiedad cuenta con impresionantes árboles frutales maduros y florecientes, una presa y un arroyo, establos, grandes potreros abiertos (hogar de nuestros novillos residentes y vida silvestre local), gran barbacoa al aire libre, área de entretenimiento y salón para disfrutar de las vistas. La propiedad da a nuestra presa, pero también a un lago distante, un molino de viento local, potreros llenos de ganado y espectaculares vistas del campo. También está idealmente ubicado para grandes paseos por el campo y paseos en bicicleta.

La casa ofrece 4 x dormitorios principales con batas incorporadas y vistas pintorescas. El baño principal tiene una cama king size y baño privado / vestidor. Las habitaciones restantes están configuradas con camas queen size. La quinta habitación / estudio pequeño tiene 1 cama extragrande individual + cama nido pero se puede configurar como una cama doble adicional.

Baños: hay dos baños completos y dos tocadores en la casa. El dormitorio principal tiene un baño completo con ducha, radiador toallero y WC. El baño principal dispone de ducha y bañera. Hay 2x salas de polvo separadas (inodoro y lavabo) convenientemente ubicadas en toda la casa. Los baños son de estilo antiguo pero perfectamente funcionales y cómodos.

Para el entretenimiento, ofrecemos una gran sala de billar con equipos para disfrutar de un juego, una chimenea abierta para relajarse, televisores inteligentes, reproductor de DVD, Playstation, conexión para iPod, wifi, libros y revistas. Cada habitación tiene una vista / perspectiva increíble y espacio para extenderse.

El área de cocina y comidas de planta abierta totalmente equipada ofrece lavaplatos, microondas, horno doble, parrilla, refrigerador / congelador, estufa de 6 quemadores y campana extractora, despensa, tostadora. La cocina está equipada con utensilios de cocina y electrodomésticos, vajilla, cubertería, cristalería y platos para 10 personas. También hay una zona de comedor informal y sala de estar (además de televisión adicional) en el espacio de la cocina para su disfrute.

El área ajardinada alrededor de la casa está completamente cercada para niños y mascotas. Hay una zona de barbacoa con gran barbacoa de gas de 6 quemadores y wok, un comedor al aire libre con una gran sombrilla y zonas de descanso separadas alrededor de los jardines para que pueda disfrutar de la vista y relajarse en un entorno increíble. Lovely location

This house is in lovely condition in a lovely location (with some lovely cattle roaming the property(. The rooms are comfortable, and the house appliances (including heating and fireplace) are perfect for crisp autumn nights. We really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely highland stay

Our family of 8 adults and a 2 year old stayed here over the June long weekend. The house was spacious, the pool table was great and the kitchen very well equiped. Our host Brooke was always quick to respond to any queries. We all enjoyed the cows and wandering on the property. Cafes and shops were minutes away by car as were bush walks in the National Park. It was a particularly cold weekend and the fireplace was very well used. Unfortunately the air-conditioning at one end of the house stopped working, only sending out cold air. Two Dyson heaters managed to keep us warm. Whoever was up first in the morning had the job of turning on the heaters and lighting the fire! Brooke did offer to relocate us however we felt the logistics of this would have put a dampener on our stay. It was a shame this happened, nonetheless we did enjoy our stay.

Wonderful country property!

Our family of 10 people stayed here over Easter and found it to be absolutely perfect. It is a large, nicely decorated house on 5 acres with beautiful scenic views. The 5 acres was great for a walk and there were also country lanes nearby for walking. We made good use of the snooker table and even set the open fireplace on the last colder night. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. We can highly recommend Entally Park for a family holiday.

Beautiful Home

Entally Park is a beautiful and very well maintained property. You can tell the house is very loved and well looked-after. It feels as though recent upgrades have been made to furnishings (both inside and out) and the house was very comfortable for 4 adults and 5 children. The kitchen is particularly well appointed with beautiful dish ware and ample pots/pans/cooking utensils. This house feels more like a family home than a vacation rental. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Entally Park. The kids loved feeding the cows and exploring the property, scootering down the tree-lined driveway and building fires in the main lounge area. While there is little we would change about our stay, we did find the check-out process a bit tedious. Having to strip the sheets from all the beds, and place them with all the towels in the laundry, as well as unstack the dishwasher was challenging all before 11am, especially with 5 kids. It was a bit of a bummer end to the vacation, feeling more like we were tidying a friends’ home who had done us a favour, than leaving a high-end rental. Such a hands-on check out is certainly not something we’ve ever been required to do at the many other rentals we’ve stayed in. That being said, we’d still recommend the property to anyone looking for a quiet family/friends getaway in the beautiful Southern Highlands.

Fantastic holiday rental

I would highly recommend this house to anyone with a large group wanting to stay in the Southern Highlands. The house was extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay and more. The house had a warm homely feel with comfortable beds and linens. The open fire and pool table topped off our winter stay. Would definitely return to this rental property.

Family get together

Entally Park was a wonderful house for our family to be together to celebrate my husbands 70th birthday. The house was spacious the kitchen had everything you would need to cater for 10 people. We loved the view from all the windows and enjoyed sitting outside overlooking the paddocks while we enjoyed our barbecue lunch. The four grandchildren loved the space and the cows. We would certainly love to come again. Thanks Matt and Brooke your house was perfect.

An exceptional property

From the moment of my first enquiry about this property as a potential place for our family weekend away, the responses from the owners were prompt and informative. All of my questions were answered in detail. When I asked if there was a high chair for our youngest grandchild, I was told that there would be one by the time of our visit, which there was. Amazing service! The home was spacious, clean and the best equipped place we’ve rented. As we all love to cook and share family time together, we were delighted with the choice of platters, wine glasses, bowls, cooking implements and condiments. The welcome bottle of wine was a thoughtful touch. The open fire was wonderful as it was winter, but there was only just enough wood for one night of our 2 night stay. There was a well fenced area around the house which was perfect for the grandchildren to play outside and watch the cows as well as being suitable for our granddogs. The beds were very comfortable and the views from the many windows throughout the house were very relaxing. Although we read about the off peak hot water system in the instruction book and were mindful of our time in the bathroom, we still ran out of hot water on our second night. There was not sufficient hot water for our family of 7 adults and 3 children. The location of the property was great as it was a lovely walk into Exeter village for coffee. Everyone in our family had a wonderful time at Entally Park and agreed we should return next winter.

Perfect location for carefree catch-up.

We stayed at Entally Park for two nights with family friends. It was the perfect location as both families had space to have time alone and to then come together for meals and relaxed evenings around the fire. The peaceful location meant our travel-weary friends enjoyed lovely sleep-ins before the kids (young and old) spent the day playing football and cricket. The kids loved the friendly cows. The house was very well equipped and the kitchen had everything we needed for all our home cooked meals. Brooke and Matt were fantastic hosts; getting back to us really quickly with any enquires we had. We would definitely love to stay at Entally Park again.

Family birthday at Entally Park

Our family gathered at Entally Park to celebrate my father's 80th birthday. Dad had requested a fireplace to relax by and enough room for two families with teenage children. We could not have chosen a better venue than Entally Park. It had everything we needed, including a pool table for the teenagers and the tenageers-at-heart, and also friendly cows. The house was comfortable, clean, warm and very well appointed. We had privacy and great views of the countryside. I would highly recommend Entally Park for a weekend stay, especially in winter. Communication with our hosts, Brooke and Matthew, was easy.

Family reunion

Fabulous hosts, fabulous property - perfect for all the family to get together and also to have their own quiet space when needed . The children loved feeding the cows, the pets loved not being left behind, and the grown ups loved everyone being together and all going for coffee at the local shop.

Gorgeous place to spend the weekend away

The house was in an immaculate condition with everything ready for our arrival including the fireplace and billiard room . Located in a gorgeous setting, surrounded by beautiful outlook with two cute and curious calves complete the wonderful experience. We are already planning our next trip.

Blissful beautiful stay - every need catered for.

So happy to do a review for all you folks out there looking for a great place. If you need a holiday or quick few days in the country with a group of family & friends - do what we did stay at Entally Park!!! It is probably one of the easiest and fastest routes out of Sydney, which makes for an even longer escape. We had a party of nine adults and we were able to mix relaxation with exploration with so much to see and do, or not do much at all… Entally is such a perfectly designed and spacious house for casual entertaining and enough space that we could all sit together enjoying meal prepared in a kitchen that has everything. There are so many ‘hang out’ areas, inside and out and we loved the beautifully comfy bedrooms, sleep did indeed come easy. This big, bright, beautiful house is within easy walking distance of old country charm - the village of historic Exeter, with its chic coffee/book shop and antique stores. We even greeted some kangaroos, wombats, black cockatoos and loads of birdlife along our very pleasurable walk. In the afternoons we had drinks overlooking the dams and green hills and watch the days end. We also visited some nearby wineries – some just a stroll up the road. Bundanoon and Moss Vale are also pretty close for a drive and great for a look around with great pub food. We also checked out some walking and cycling tracks in the area, next time, we plan to actually do them….. Even in the depth of winter this spot is bathed in sunshine and protected by the gorgeously landscaped gardens. Central heating throughout as well as the open fires adds such a cosy warmth especially at night - we loved that.... Brooke and Matt – no need to say, you KNOW we are coming back again…. And we are planning a longer stay next time. Thanks for giving us everything we could possibly need.

If you want to relax, breathe the fresh country air, walk through fields and under trees, see rabbits running around and ducks swimming on the dam, and this is before you've walked through the front door, you've chosen the right place . The house is amazing with the big open fire, comfy beds, gorgeous views from all the windows and has everything that opens and closes. My favorite place is having drinks and a cheese plate with family sitting under the trees overlooking the dam while the family dogs explore and play ball. Definitely a slice of heaven!

A great place for rest and rejuvenation

A beautiful farm house in a gorgeous location. Very well presented and comfortable. Everything we needed and required was there, you could not ask for anything more. All ages were catered for, plenty for the children to do, with feed the two resident bulls and a games room. We will definitely be going back again. Thank you Brooke and Matthew we cannot wait to stay again.
