PARKING. Parking is limited to designated spaces: one vehicle in the parking garage, and additional 2 vehicles directly in front of the garage door. Parking on the road is prohibited, and subject to ticketing and tow.
QUIET HOURS. Please be respectful of our neighbors by observing quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. This helps maintain the family-friendly atmosphere of our community.
FIREPLACE: Feel free to enjoy the fireplace while you`re in the living area, but please remember to turn it off when you leave the room.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. To ensure the comfort and safety of the neighbors, parties or large gatherings are not allowed. Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
NO SKI GEAR INSIDE. For the protection of the floors, please remove ski boots in the entry way as you enter the townhome. The ski storage in the garage are perfect for storing boots and other ski or outdoor gear.
TRASH & RECYCLING. Please dispose of all trash and recycling in the designated bins. Help us maintain cleanliness by ensuring all waste is properly sorted.
