The Space:
Welcome to Winterplace B201, your family’s home base for mountain adventures at Okemo. This two-bedroom, two-bath condo sleeps six comfortably and has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The slopes are just a short 300-foot walk from your door, making it easy to spend the day skiing before coming back to unwind.

Inside, gather in the cozy living room where a wood-burning fireplace sets the perfect backdrop for hot cocoa and board games. A fully equipped kitchen and dining space let you cook and eat together without ever leaving the condo.

The primary bedroom features a queen bed, ensuite bath, and a private balcony overlooking the trees. The bunk room sleeps four with two sets of bunks, a kid-approved hangout that also works well for groups of friends. With an in-unit washer/dryer and plenty of space to store gear, the condo is designed for convenience.

After skiing, head to the indoor pool or hot tubs in the recreation center—family favorites in every season. In summer, the tennis courts add even more ways to stay active. Parking for two cars is included.

B201 is all about making family trips simple, comfortable, and fun, whether you’re carving turns, cooking dinner together, or winding down by the fire.

Parking notes: Parking is available in the parking lot in front of the unit. Two parking passes are provided in the unit upon arrival. Please reach out to us if you require more than two parking passes, we will do our best to accommodate. Please note that 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive may be required in the winter.
