Experience the perfect mountain getaway in this roomy Sun Valley condo. With two stories of living space, a spacious master suite, two cozy fireplaces, and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, this home is ideal for families or groups of friends seeking comfort and style.

Step outside and enjoy golf course views, or take advantage of two adult bikes provided for guest use to explore the area. The condo is located just a short walk from the Elkhorn Golf Club and is close to both Dollar Mountain (0.5 miles) and Bald Mountain (less than 9 miles), giving you access to world-class skiing and outdoor activities. Sun Valley enjoys over 250 days of sun each year, making it perfect for year-round adventures.

Guests also have access to community amenities, including hot tubs, saunas, golf, and tennis. Please note seasonal closures may apply:

Great location!

Very nice condo with great location, easy access to skiing, town, and Sun Valley village. Close to bus stop for free mountain rides to skiing. Two of the beds were quite firm, but otherwise very comfortable.

Wonderful family stay

Thank you for sharing this beautiful property! We enjoyed a week with our adult kids, and had the perfect amount of space. The interior furnishings are lovely, and the kitchen well-stocked for family cooking. We love the location near the golf course, bike path and the SV resort.

Perfect location in Sun Valley

Family had a great time there. A few things that could be improved on… no extra garbage bags, chairs need new felt pads or floor will get terribly scratched, no broom or dustpan to sweep up, carpets really need cleaning. The place was comfortable, quiet and had all the cooking Pots, pans, utensils you need. WOULD RECOMMEND AND WOULD DEFINITELY COME BACK.

Fantastic Place!

We really enjoyed everything about this town house. Layout and furnishings were very well thought out and of the highest quality. All rooms were well furnished & great instructions for everything (including the TV!). It was easy to get to town and the slopes from here, as well, and nice to be able to pull our car into the garage. We also enjoyed the large community hot tub located a short walk down the road at the town center. I would highly recommend this lovely home and hope to stay there again next time we are in Sun Valley.

We had an amazing time in Sun Valley and this house offered everything we could have wished for. Very comfortable with lots of space and two great patios. Close to swimming and hot tubs. House was a very comfortable temperature even without A/C in August! Plenty of extra blankets and chairs. I would highly recommend! Thanks for the great trip lodging!

Our best stay ever!

We take our family vacation in Sun Valley every summer. This property was the best place we have rented over the years. everyone has their own bedroom and bath ~even nice little patios aside the downstairs bedrooms. Very nice living area and patio on the first floor. The kitchen is well supplied with everything a cook could possibly need. the condo is located very close to the Village pool. I cannot recommend it highly enough!

Ski Vacation

The place was really great for a family. Great kitchen and living room areas. Spacious and well located. However, it was odd that the master bedroom was in the lower level and could have accommodated a King bed. Mattress was hard. We loved having heated floors in master bath. There was no Kleenex anywhere. We were also disappointed with the heating system which did not heat one of the upper bedrooms at all and overheated the lower level bedrooms. Also, there was no contact with management to welcome us and offer any assistance or provide info on garbage pickup etc etc.. All and all we had a wonderful time and would consider renting this unit again.

Overall wonderful stay!!

We were a group of 4 couple staying for a long ski weekend. The home is about 10/15 minutes away from Bald Mountain. It was beautifully decorated and adequately stocked with all the necessities. The location was perfect, close to town and the mountain. We all loved it as a touch base and hang out spot after skiing. Giving 4 stars only because all of us had a hard time with the mattresses and found that there wasn’t enough pillows on the beds. We found extras in the closet, but no pillow cases. Also the master fireplace didn’t work which was a little disappointing (or we couldn’t figure it out but no instructions other than location of switch). Only other issue was parking. Only room for 3 cars, but garage was too short for 2 of our cars. And with 8 adults driving in with ski gear, was hard to car pool. Had to park two cars else where and drive to grab them. These are obviously very nitpicky and definitely not deal breakers. Just some feedback in case anyone cares! :)

Vacasa Very Unreliable

1. Refrigerator not working when we arrived. Called the phone number for the property (Vacasa) and they said they would get someone locally to contact us about it. No one ever called back. 2. We left a ski jacket on one of the beds. Called Vacasa about it and they said they would check on it asap but the charge would be $25. No one ever called us back. So after multiple phone calls over 4-5 days they admitted they "mis-coded" it so no one checked. When they finally did follow-up with us about 5 days later they said it wasn't there. I wrote a nice letter to the CEO in Portland and he never responded (after waiting about a month). Bottom-line is the property is ok, but Vacasa management is very poor.
