Just a 7-minute walk to Gulf beaches and 3 minutes to Pine Avenue, this spacious home with a private detached suite features a sparkling pool, relaxing spa, lush backyard, and is pet-friendly—perfect for families or groups seeking comfort and convenience.
The Space:
Blue Pearl – 411 Spring Ave, Anna Maria
Step into Blue Pearl, a stunning getaway designed for comfort, relaxation, and fun. Enter through the front door into a bright, open floor plan featuring a cozy living area with a couch, two chairs, and a dining table for eight.
To the right, a king-bedroom opens onto the back porch, perfect for morning coffee. Straight through the dining area, you’ll find a second king-bedroom with direct access to the back porch and a shared bathroom off the kitchen, complete with a double vanity and walk-in shower.
The fully stocked kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, a five-burner stove, and a front-load washer and dryer tucked inside a cabinet.
Upstairs, the loft offers a king bed, two sitting chairs with a table, a TV, and a bathroom with a clawfoot tub, double vanity, and toilet.
Step outside to your private backyard oasis: a pool with a sun shelf, spa, barbecue grill with two propane tanks, and a dining table for eight. Beach gear includes four chairs, a cart, and an umbrella.
The guest house in the backyard features a king bed, three-seat sofa, large-screen TV, Keurig coffee bar, mini fridge, walk-in shower, and a separate toilet room, offering privacy and comfort for guests.

I chose this vacation rental because of its unbeatable location—the Gulf beach access is about 3 blocks west—a quick 6–7 minute walk straight down Spring Avenue to the shoreline. It’s about 2 blocks east to reach the Bayfront on Anna Maria Sound—just a 3–4 minute walk. It is only 2–3 blocks south of Pine Avenue—a quick 3-minute walk to the shops, cafés, and restaurants. It offers the perfect balance of convenience and comfort: close enough to enjoy spontaneous beach trips, yet nestled in a quiet, welcoming neighborhood that feels like a true getaway.
Whether it's morning walks along the shoreline, sunset views, or quick trips back to freshen up, the proximity makes beach life easy and enjoyable.
