Welcome to AMI Bay Breeze! This newly renovated, 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home is the perfect escape for your next vacation to Anna Maria Island! AMI Bay Breeze includes a king master with a walk-in shower ensuite bathroom, a king guest bedroom, 2 twins in the 2nd guest bedroom, and a large shared bathroom with a walk-in shower and the living room couch pulls out into a queen bed. The property provides a built-in laundry room with brand new washer and dryer as well as a fully stocked kitchen for cooking meals at home! If you didn't think the home could get any better, the outdoor area is a vacationers dream! The large pool with fully furnished patio is the perfect place to lounge in the sun or to dine al fresco. The outdoor bar provides a full size refrigerator, small sink for washing up, as well as plasticware to use by the pool. Enjoy the corn hole set or ping pong table for even more outdoor fun!

***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***
Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. AMI Bay Breeze was perfect for our family vacation! The house was very clean with ample room for everyone. The pool was great and the outdoor kitchen was a nice added bonus. We would definitely recommend AMI Bay Breeze!

The house was beautiful and the location could not have been any better.I do wish some basic kitchen supplies were available to avoid the need to have to buy every single thing ( basics like salt/pepper, cleaning supplies to just wipe down after kids, and more dishwasher pods). But the house itself was great!!

Great place to stay at AMI

Beautiful house & perfect size for our family. Very clean, had everything we needed. Pool, bar area was a hit for sure. Great location within walking distance to everything on the north end of the island. Easy to recommend this place to others.

Great for families

Rented this house with another family and this was a great location and house. Walking distance to many things and the property management was quick to fix what was broken (just a couple things taken care of within 24 hours).

Great accommodations.

Beautiful house and a great heated pool and deck. Great for family. Comfortable beds and a pack n play for young child. AMI is a beautiful beach town. Great location to walk to beach and shops.

Amazing Vacation

This place was more than ideal for our whole family. The pool was the best part. The set up with the outdoor bar, TV and eating area was ideal. The location was amazing. We all want to come back. This place was the perfect size for us. We loved everything about it. We will treasure the memories we made here and hope to come back again.

Immaculate and stunning home

This home was in the perfect location for beaches, biking to the marina, shops and restaurants. It was in a quiet neighborhood which allowed for a good night's sleep after an active day. The home's quality was high-end, it was in pristine condition and offered every amenity to it's guests. The pool was clean and warm and the backyard area had a great grill/kitchen/bar area for family dining and entertainment and included a large screen tv. The garage was filled with items anyone would need for a day at the beach. All in all I would not hesitate a second to reserve this property for another stay.

Turn-key and ready for fun

Everything exceeded expectations. The pool is warm and fun for kids to splash. Love that there are sections in the pool for parents to hang and watch. The bar area is perfect for fall football while enjoying outside. Bathrooms are great. Walk in showers are a plus. Outdoor shower is clutch for walking back from the beach. Enjoy your coffee on the front porch as the sun rises. There are shops, convenience stores, and food just a few blocks away. The beach is pretty and just a few blocks away.

This house is absolutely beautiful! Easy to get to the beach, and restaurants.

Only thing I wish was different was a personal check in and not a management company. They were accessible by calling but nothing personal. The home is beautiful!

Wonderful Stay!!

This place was just as advertised. It was our third trip to AMI and this has been the best place we've stayed so far. We'll be back for sure... They have everything you need. Pool and Bar area were used all week. Only a short walk or golf cart ride to the beach and restaurants. Great location...

We had never been to the island before so i blindly booked the Bay Breeze for its amenities like bikes & a pool… & because it looked adorable. And we were NOT disappointed. The location is hands down 5 star. So close to all the good food, shops, ice cream, the beach… you name it. So close. We also rented a golf cart which i highly recommend! We will for sure be returning next year!! A wonderful family spot & we loved every minute of it.

This home will not disappoint, it has everything you could want and more. The owners thought of everything in this rental from bikes and boards to the tv’s in every bedroom( important for teenagers looking to escape for a bit.) the bar area out side with grill was great enjoyed almost every meal outside! All in all it was a great choice for our family of 5.

Wonderful property- great vacation

We spent a wonderful week in this terrific house in Feb 2022. It has a private oasis of a back-yard with a nice heated pool and outdoor bar/TV area. The teens enjoyed some freedom with the cute bikes at the house. Everything was neat, clean, well-decorated and the kitchen has great appliances and was well-stocked with dishes, containers, etc. when we ate in. There's a beach on one side less than a block away and the bigger beach on the gulf side is an easy walk as well. Restaurants and shopping are all within walking distance. It's a quiet neighborhood and our stay was incredibly fun and relaxing!
