Relax and unwind in this bright 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo located in the desirable Wellen Park area of Venice, Florida. Ideal for extended stays, this comfortable retreat offers a peaceful setting with access to resort-style amenities, just a short drive from Venice beaches, shopping, and dining.
The open living space flows onto a screened lanai, perfect for morning coffee or relaxed evenings. The primary suite features a king bed with a private en-suite bath, while the guest bedroom offers a queen bed with a full bathroom nearby. Central air conditioning, ceiling fans, cable TV, and a few classic board games provide easy, everyday comfort.
The fully equipped kitchen includes all major appliances plus coffee options, a toaster, blender, and a roaster pan for holiday meals. In-home laundry makes longer stays simple, and beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, and a few floaties are provided for your convenience. Reliable Wi-Fi and a simple workspace support remote work days.
Guests enjoy access to resort amenities, including a heated pool and hot tub, tennis, pickleball, and bocce courts, a shared fitness center, an on-site tiki bar and restaurant, and a spa available by appointment.

Only the registered guests are permitted to stay at the property. The maximum occupancy limit must be adhered to as stated in the rental agreement.

Early check-in or late check-out may be subject to availability and additional charges.
Noise and Quiet Hours
Guests must keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 p.m., to avoid disturbing neighbors. No loud parties or gatherings are allowed.
Smoking & Vaping
Smoking and Vaping are prohibited inside the property, lanai and garage.
Minimum charges of $400 apply to smoking or vaping inside a non-smoking residence.
PETS are not permitted in this residence.
Pool and Hot Tub Use
Properties with pool and or hot tub use at your own risk. No diving, running, or horseplay. Children must be supervised at all times when using the pool or hot tub. No glass containers in the pool area.
