Heated pool in the summer, Hot tub, Sauna, kids’ playground, Tennis and Pickleball. They are only about a 2-minute walk from the condo.

Located about 2 miles, 2 stop lights, Casinos, Convention center, Golf & skiing.

The space
1st floor –
Only 2 steps down on the way to the front door, not a zillion that most have.

1st bedroom -Twin beds and a pullout sleeper and separate bathroom.
2nd bedroom -King size bed and separate bathroom.
Clothes washer and dryer on this floor.

2nd floor –
Dining room, kitchen, ½ bathroom, living room & BBQ deck.

3rd floor –
Queen size bed, Desk, in suite bathroom.
Outdoor Deck with a pretty good mountain view and a little lake view.

All the rooms have ROKU tv. Bring your Netflix etc. with you.
A starter kit of supplies -toilet paper, soap’s, assortment of spices, & first morning coffee.
The Safeway is a mile from here or Costco before you start up the mountain.

REQUIRED INFO –
1- 25 is the minimum age to rent a STR per Douglas County.
2- Events, Bachelor/bachelorette , parties are not allowed.
3- NO SMOKING.
4- No pets.
5- Max occupancy 7. Day and night.
6- Max 2 vehicles. Get a Lake Village Parking sticker for your car at the office AND a Douglas County permit for your dash. (Subject to a $500 fine).
7- Trash has to be bagged and put in the bear proof bin.
8- Quiet hours are 9pm to 8am.
9- We are required by the county to obtain a copy of your drivers license and a signed form that you and your guests understand and agree to the above.

This is required for All Short Term Rental properties in Douglas county.
