We stayed for 2 months at this home and loved the location. It was a quick walk down to Duval and the Wharf area. The backyard was wonderful with amazing foliage, furniture, and outdoor shower. The cocktail pool is not heated and does not get sun, but good for a super hot day and you need a cold plunge. We also sat on the front porch quite a bit and loved the bike racks inside the gate. Washer and dryer are in outside room and wonderful. We spent a lot of time in the backyard! Interior of home was good. Kitchen was recently renovated and had all new appliances. Pots, pans, and dishes are plentiful, and anything they didn't have was an easy purchase at the hardware store. Livingroom could use an update with the furniture. It's dated and/or uncomfortable. For the cost of this house, it was my one real disappointment. we are very active and rarely stay in to have a movie night, but the weather being unseasonable cold, as well as the amount of rain, we found ourselves inside more than usual and it just wasn't comfortable at all. For the cost of this house, it should have comfortable and updated furniture. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms and a trundle bed in the hallway for plenty of guest space. Master bath has a 3/4 bath, and I will warn you, the shower is very small. I preferred the outdoor shower just for space, but it's nice to have the bathroom right there. Your guests will have to use the downstairs bathroom. we swapped the beds because the spare was a king and the master was a queen, however the king was 2 twins so that made sense. Just make sure you put it all back where it belongs after! Will suggest bringing your own sheets and pillows. They are plentiful, but made for a rental home so bring your own comforts. In all, we truly enjoyed our stay here. The rental company was there if you reach out, but they left you alone to enjoy your stay and treat as your own home.
