¡Chateau by the Sea 508 es propiedad orgullosa de 'Stay In Cocoa Beach', el propietario más grande de alquileres de vacaciones premium frente al mar en Space Coast!

Disfrute de impresionantes vistas del océano desde su último piso, balcón directo frente al mar. ¡Esta unidad de penthouse está justo al lado del mundialmente famoso Cocoa Beach Pier! ¡La ubicación simplemente no puede ser mejor! El muelle es ideal para personas de todas las edades. Ya sea que esté buscando pescar, jugar voleibol de playa o disfrutar de una buena cena y bebidas, hay algo para todos. También está a solo unos minutos de la famosa tienda de surf Ron Jons, que es una de las principales atracciones locales.

La unidad 508 tiene una cama King en el dormitorio principal, dos camas individuales en el dormitorio de invitados y un sofá cama extraíble en la sala de estar. The beach view was great. The condo was very clean just need living room furniture a little more comfortable. The host was,Great he kept you well informed about things that were happening such as shuttle launches. Taking place from nasa. The pool was very nice and had plenty of lounge chairs. We had a wonderful time at this ocean front property. The view was exceptional. I had my morning coffee watching the waves! It was clean, comfortable, spacious 2 bedroom that did not disappoint. The listing was listed just as expected with positive all around. Thank you!

This condo was everything we were looking for in a beach vacation, including a balcony with a beautiful unobstructed view of the beach and ocean, a pool, walkout access to the beach. It was clean, and stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen, as well as enough beach chairs and beach umbrellas for everyone. There was plenty of space for our family of four. Our daughters (16 & 20) shared a room and had a bathroom to themselves. We were all able to comfortably congregate in the dining area for meals, and in the living area to watch our favorite programming. We had no problems singing into (or installing as needed) our favorite TV apps. The water pressure in the showers was good, and the dishwasher and washer/dryer were intuitive and easy to use.The hosts were great, providing us will all of the information we needed, including timey communications for things like gate codes changing. When we needed to drop a day at the start of our trip shortly after booking, they took care of it with no hassle.We would definitely book this place again if making a return trip to the area.

Location Location Location

Beautiful condo on the fifth floor. Beautiful sunrises and right next to the Pier. Teenagers were able to have their independence and walked everywhere. We explored NASA Kennedy Space Center and Universal Parks.

Fun week on the beach

We enjoyed the view from our condo, the roof top, the pool...as well as easy beach access. We could walk to the grocery store and get a beverage at the Pier. We'll be back!

Week in cocoa beach

Loved the condo. Clean and convenient. My kids loved having a tv in their room. Only complaint would be that the condo blocked the sun after 3pm at the pool. Loved the view of the beach.

Would definitely stay here again!

Exactly what we were looking for! Gorgeous unobstructed views, great location and clean 2 bedroom condo. The rooftop deck was a nice extra feature as well. We were more than happy with this place- definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay!!

My husband and I stayed in 508 for a 3 day weekend trip and had a great time! Room was clean and had an amazing view! We really enjoyed having a full kitchen/microwave and living room area. Staff was exceptional and condo has your basic amenities like paper towel etc, they even provide supplies for the beach which is so convenient!

Wonderful facility

Loved everything about Chateau by the Sea! Perfect location. Beautiful view. Close to good restaurants, grocery, shopping. Walk to Cocoa Beach Pier. The entire facility was clean and well kept. If you get tired of the beach (I can’t imagine), the pool was great! Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. We look forward to returning!
