Morning Sunrise-Pier fishing- roof top observation deck for rocket launches or simply watch the sunset or people watch. Coastal Haven is everything you need for a perfect get away. Walk to the beach, the pier- shops and restaurants without ever leaving the sand. With a panoramic view you won't miss a single sunrise. Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon beverage on the balcony. Roof Top access with seating to catch rocket launches. The condo features a king bed- 2 twins and a sleeper sofa. The heated pool oceanside allows for year round enjoyment with the cool onshore breeze and listening to the waves crashing along the shoreline. The complex also offers an atrium sitting area along with a conversational area with a tv while you wait for transportation or if you simply just want to enjoy the area.

The view was spectacular. Loved walking on the beach. My son went swimming in the ocean several times most days. So grateful we were able to have such a wonderful vacation. Hope to return again.

We thoroughly loved the condo, the view, the proximity to the pier and restaurants. Groceries were only a two block walk. The heated pool and beach amenities offered by the owner. Great stay. Thank you.

Amazing property! Walk right out to the beach and only 1 property away from the Pier. Rooftop patio had an excellent view of a rocket launch at KSC.

Great location. Loved the rooftop.Beach access was very good except after the pool closed.Only downside was the pictures made the condo look bigger than reality. We all could. not enjoy the balcony together

The kitchen really needs to be redone. The paint was chipping when you pulled dishes out. Some things that were advertised there were not. Such as buggy boards. We bought 2 and left them there. We didn’t used the grills but it would have been great fun. The rest of the condo was well equipped and clean. Loved the balcony and great view.

Low End Motel

I would like to formally express my disappointment and concern regarding this VRBO listing. The condition of the property was far below the standard expected and advertised, and I feel compelled to bring several issues to your attention:• The shower filled with water while in use and left a slimy, unhygienic residue.• The silverware drawer in the kitchen was unstable and fell out when opened.• The washer had visible slime around the outer rim and emitted a strong mildew odor.• The entire property had an overwhelming smell of mildew that made the stay very uncomfortable.• The beds in both bedrooms were clearly beyond their usable life—unsupportive and worn out.• The living room furniture had a strong, persistent smell of urine.These issues made the home feel more like a low-end motel than a vacation rental—yet I paid a premium rate for this stay. I also attempted to reach out multiple times through the VRBO website via email, as instructed, but received no contact information from the host and only delayed responses in email.I am requesting a partial refund due to the condition of the property and the lack of timely communication. I also urge you to review this listing to ensure it meets your quality and cleanliness standards, so future guests are not subjected to the same experience.The location was perfect, but we drove to our home in Orlando to wash our cloths. Very disappointed!

Beautiful View, Quiet Neighborhood.

We stayed at this property last year and that’s why we came back again this year. Love the view, love that your on the beach but in a quiet neighborhood. The condo was nice, the cleanliness could of been better with how much thr cleaning fee is. The couches need scrubbed. Especially the one that pulls out into a bed. Overall It was a great stay!!

Gorgeous View

The location is wonderful! The view is spectacular! We loved spending time on the rooftop as well as long walks on the beach. The Pier was great and we enjoyed going downtown, a quaint, fun, artistic area with great shops, dining and again walks on the beach. Great stay! My only recommendation is to use scentless laundry detergent. It was a bit too strong on the towels and sheets.

Chateau by the Sea

This was a beautiful location right on the beach but the area in front of us was closed. Apoarently every 5-8 years workers bring sand in from the ocean and regrade the beach. Bulldozers were running 24 hours a day. Very noisy. Dated decor but had everything we needed for a week.

Very happy with this location

Exactly as expected from the pics in listing. Oceanfront view with nice patio was terrific; enjoy the sunrise, waves and watching cruise ships leaving each night. Family and dining room great size for 4-6 people. Kitchen was small and a bit dated, but had everything we needed. Pool and exterior grounds very comfortable. Easy walk to some fun restaurants and bars.

All "mostly good". Don't know if there were maintenance issues, but pool was NOT heated during our stay. That was a huge criteria when choosing a place to stay. So disappointed with that. Condo itself was a bit outdated but served our needs just fine. Very cool to watch a rocket launch from our condo roof.
