¡Un cómodo y cómodo 1 BR / 1BA en Savannah Beach and Racquet Club! Cocina renovada con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable de tamaño completo. Fabulosa combinación de ducha y bañera con azulejos con la presión de agua b-e-s-t alguna vez! Muebles nuevos, pequeño porche al aire libre! Acceso directo a la playa @ final del edificio más recientemente actualizado en 2017 Área de la piscina con vistas a las dunas de la playa! Tranquila comunidad en el extremo norte de Tybee, perfecta para andar en bicicleta y caminar a los restaurantes, tiendas y bares de los alrededores. Ideal para una escapada rápida o una estancia prolongada en la playa.

El Waterview desde el porche es limitado, sin embargo, la playa está justo al final de nuestro edificio y está a solo unos pasos. Estoy hacia la parte posterior del edificio en el primer piso, por lo que la vista se limita a un lado del porche y la caminata es corta para ir directamente a la playa. Nuestra playa es donde se encuentran el río Savannah y el Atlántico, así que en nuestra playa, las olas son tranquilas. Este es uno de los lugares más deseables en la isla, ya que es un oleaje suave y tranquilo. ¡Casi está garantizado que verán a los delfines jugando y los grandes cargueros entrarán aquí! ¡Muchas especies de aves y vida silvestre si amas la naturaleza también!

Very clean and big enough for what we needed. Renters should know bunks are not for anyone over 100lbs but top bunk has no rail. Everything was fine but the tub does not drain well and the only bed with a comforter was the king. All other beds only had sheets. We did notify them after our first night and they offered to bring us some. There is also only parking for ONE vehicle. Owner is very responsive! It is a small space but super cute and well appointed.

Weekend Getaway

Overall was great time. Just rest & relaxing on the beach a few days with my husband. Nice property peaceful area. Great proximity to the beach. We didn't cook or use anything besides TV & shower other than bed of coarse to sleep. Only snag the washer not working was a bummer but didn't affect our stay. We would stay here again. Jenny was a great host & communicated well. She informed me of the washer issue awaiting a part to come in before our stay & offered quarters for in site laundry but we were fine not having one. Definitely had a great time & can't wait to go back to the beach!

Perfect

My husband and I stayed in this adorable condo, the condo seemed to be recently updated, it had everything we needed, it was also very clean, the only thing that I missed was a view of the ocean, but it was easy and quick walk to beach. I would recommend this condo, and would stay here again

Quiet, relaxing getaway

My husband and I didn't actually get to stay in this room; we were moved to another location by the owner/manager due to repair work on the AC but we did get to see the room and use the amenities here. The owner/manager was very communicative and accommodating, the check-in process was easy, the room appeared just as described and was very clean, and the pool and beach areas were nice. We would definitely book here again.

Weekend getaway

It was a nice place to stay and was clean. We would go again. The only problems we had was the Wi-Fi password we were told was on the side of the router was not correct. After contacting someone she gave us the correct one. She came by to check on us and told us a sheet should have been left on the kitchen counter where the parking pass was with instructions but it was not left. We also didn't know to adjust the volume on the TV on the streaming remote. Everything other function had worked on the Xfinity remote.

Locals Hot Spot

I absolutely love the Savannah Beach and Racquet Club. These condos are on the Savannah River tucked behind the pier where there’s beach access but not near as much traffic. It’s within walking distance from the best coffee and pizza on the island. AND THE JACUZZI TUB. YES. that’s all. Perfect get away.

Decent place.

There were a lot of factors that influenced our stay in Tybee Island that everyone should research. As for the property, it was a quiet and safe location. The water in the unit has a strong odor to it and took some time getting used to. There is a tub in the bathroom but we were unable to use it because of mold in the jets. The overall smell of the unit was hard to handle at first, but I would assume it’s because of the damp environment. You do have to carry all your luggage up stairs. On the property we were unable to use the pool except for a couple days and the hot tub is very cold.

We were disappointed with Ms. Rutherford before we ever arrived. We received a message an hour prior to check in telling us only 1 vehicle allowed per rental. Our son is active military and was wanting to visit from FLA. She refused an additional parking spot and told us he could part at the police dept. The PD was approximately 1 mile away. We checked with them and they don’t allow that. Luckily the property manager gave us permission and temporary pass for his vehicle. Property smelt like a swamp the first 24 hrs we were there. So bad the first night we both had nausea and headaches. We were told to run water until water heater was empty and it would subside. We only had internet access for a few hours with codes we were given. In that time frame our bank acct was hacked. We had that to deal with and did not pursue the unsecured internet rest of our stay. Exterminator was there on Thursday we hoped it was preventative. Got up during the night to use bathroom. Roaches in the bathroom sink. We were never offered any refund for the issues we had at this rental.

The condo was fine for a couple. My wife was not happy because she wanted to be able to see the beach instead of a parking lot for $2,000 for five nights I would have to agree with her. Everything worked well in the condo. I wish there was a better grilling situation. The tennis courts were in bad shape. The pool was nice. There also is a wasp nest under the loveseat. They hurt me for a bit then that's but my wife is allergic to them. You may have another family who has a child who is allergic. The beach was nice and quiet. I don't think I would repeat but I still had fun.

Great Property

The unit is in a great location. You can walk right out to the beach. We also spent some time cooling off at the pool. The property owner checked with us a few times to see if we needed anything and to make sure the property met our expectations. But, there were no issues as everything was perfect. I would highly recommend this property

MyStay

We had issues with the Gate Pass not being where it was supposed to be. In calling the emergency number to tell them. I got 2 different customer service agents who could only pass a message. I know it was Sunday afternoon, but we still did not receive a gate pass till mid morning the next day which means we were stuck on the property till we received one as we could not leave. We felt the process could have been handled much smoother here as to have a temporary card or code available at least to be able to get in and out. If the HOA had not come to check on us in the tow away parking lot, we would have been stuck there till a call back came. So, that needs to be addressed. We also come across that our Washing machine did not work and was not informed of that till we got on site and saw the note inside the machine and that we had to use the paid ones down the hall. Well I had already paid for it by renting the room. I can't in good faith give a 5 star rating when I had these issues that were addressed, but took longer than expected.

Enjoyable stay! Easy access to beach area.

Our stay was enjoyable! Fully furnished kitchen. The location of the condo is quiet with close access to pool and beach access. The bed was memory foam mattress on a platform frame. We found it not as comfortable, but that is a personal preference. The shower jet tub/shower was hard to get in and out. Otherwise, everything was great!! Jenny was a great host!

Great getaway

Great place to stay for a quick getaway! We had wonderful weather, so we weren't at the property but to bathe and sleep. So many great places to eat! The beach is right there. We would stay again!

LOVE!

Where do we start? Tybee Island is beautiful!! We looked for places to stay and came across this condo on VRBO. This condo is adorable. It’s on the first floor so it’s no big deal to park and go in to get the gate pass. There’s also a binder with recommendations of places/things to do! We loved the location of the condo. We were able to visit Savannah in about 20 minutes.. but also be on the island itself. We loved having the pool centrally between the buildings, along with the beach entrance right next to it! The condo was clean, adorable, & Jenny checked in on us and made sure we had everything we needed. Thanks for making this such a great trip for us!

Great stay!

Everything thing was as exactly as described, the bed was SO comfortable. The only thing I would recommend to Jenny is tell cleaning people not to spray the peppermint deodorizer they used gave us both a headache , would stay again.

Loved!!!

This was my first time to Tybee Island. Jenny was on the ball with sending all information needed. The condo was wonderful. The location on the island was perfect. The bed was extremely comfy. I do plan to go back and stay here again

The location is great! Quiet area and beach access right by the condo. The condo was clean, updated, and had everything we needed. The property manager was wonderful and took care of any question we had! Wonderful experience and we will most definitely look to book this property when we return for a beach trip to Tybee! Great getaway!

Quiet and comfortable condo with easy access to the beach and pool. We had a great stay and enjoyed a relaxing stay. The pool was great, even with the families there the on-site lifeguard/monitor kept things calm. The beach was great, easy to walk back to get lunch in the condo. Will remember for possible future trips to Tybee.

My condo is one of the most updated condos in the entire building! It is modern, updated, clean, and super cute and features a King size bed! If there are more than two people we need to know in advance as we only typically set the property up for 2 people (that # including kiddos) & one guest must be at least 21 years old!!

We no longer provide a washer dryer as an amenity; however, you will notice there is one inside- we have a washer dryer in the condo that is to be replaced as the supplier can deliver - if you’d like to do laundry on your trip, plan to bring laundry detergent and quarters! there is washer dryer coin operated located at the end of the hallway if you need to do laundry while on your stay.

**Just as a reminder I do not provide coffee, bottled water, toiletries/shampoo, laundry detergent or paper products-please plan accordingly for your stay**
