Be our guest and enjoy the amazing views from this condo. You have unobstructed views from Seagull Retreat located on the top floor of the northeast side of B Building.

Stocked with everything that you will need to have an enjoyable, relaxing vacation experience. The north beach area is more residential and as a result, is the more quiet end of the island. The north beach is a great place to catch a gorgeous Tybee sunset. You will enjoy watching the dolphins play and the ships coming in and out of the Savannah Port from the privacy of your own balcony. Or step out to the beach and get your toes in the sand.

This condo offers television in the living room and the bedroom as well as wifi. There is a queen bed in the bedroom.

NO GOLF CARTS, NO TRAILERS, NO PETS ALLOWED ON SITE. SBRC IS A SMOKE-FREE COMPLEX. NO SMOKING ON THE GROUNDS, HALLWAYS, COMMON AREAS, OR IN THE CONDO. YOU MAY SMOKE ON THE BALCONY, BUT WE ASK THAT YOU PLEASE KEEP THE BALCONY DOOR CLOSED WHILE DOING SO.

PERFECT, PERFECT, PERFECT! The views were beautiful from our patio. We saw alot of cargo ships. Close to everything: shops, restaurants and grocery store. Our favorite restaurant was The Original Crab Shack (a must try)! The host here at the condo was amazing. Checked in on us via text, to see if we needed anything and to let them know if we did. The condo had everything we needed and was perfect for the 2 of us. Would highly recommend and looking forward to staying in the future. Thank you.

The. Condo was located ina very nice area. It was easy to access. The condo was very clean and provided all the necessary amenities. The complaint I have is the bed was not of our liking. The head board was broken and the bed really squeaked every time we moved. The bed room was so small I had to slide side ways between the wall and bed to get into bed.Overall,it was a nice place to stay regardless of my concerns.

Nicely appointed condo. Even provided beach chairs and towels! The view from the balcony was amazing! A 3 minute walk to the somewhat private beach was nice.

The building is run down and creaky. The seemingly new paint was cracked and walls bulging. It was creaky and scary when stepping in the shower which badly needed soap scum removed. The bed made loud noise with any move and my back now hurts after sleeping in it. However, the sheets did appear clean. I didn't feel comfortable in the living room after dark because the room faced a building and the curtains were see through. The view of water was good and saw ships and dolphins. Property manager was prompt in responses. But, I would not stay again.

The view from the balcony was outstanding. Management staff was friendly and very responsive to any questions or concerns. The condo had the essentials although we didn’t cook. Interior was very clean and slightly dated. The condo was quiet and the pool was well maintained.

Very clean condo with awesome views. Convenient to restaurants and attractions. On-site resident manager that ensures guests follow the rules. Great close access to the beach. Can see dolphins from the balcony and it was interesting to see the ships pass by. Overall, a great time and value.

Beautiful property! Pictures are exactly what you get. Location perfect for restaurants, shopping and walking on the beach. Watching the cargo ships was a bonus.

Pretty good.

Condo is as described and seen in the photos. There are A/C units for the complex that are pretty loud if you’re in a top floor condo. My wife is a light sleeper and really didn’t get a full nights sleep for four consecutive nights.And, the pool needs better maintenance. The filter system is not working; and if the pool guy comes (3 of 4 days, he didn’t) he only skims the bugs and gunk out. By midafternoon it’s gross again.Overall the property is fine. Communication with the condo owner was excellent.Having Huc-a-poos within walking distance is nice

Absolutely wonderful

It was seriously such an amazing stay! The location is wonderful. Steps feom the beach and a beautiful view. We could sit on the balcony and watch dolphins every morning! It's also so close to Savannah. It was just perfect.

Everything was as expected. The view was beautiful. We enjoyed the restaurants on the island. It is nice to spend some time in a very clean well stocked room.

First trip to Tybee

Perfect stay for 2 people. Beautiful ocean view. We were lucky enough to watch dolphins from the 3rd floor balcony. They were swimming around the shrimp boats. This is the only place we will stay on our next trip.

Perfect Location

If you're looking for a quiet place to stay, this is it. The views from the balcony are beautiful. Enjoyed walking to restaurants and listening to Live Music, a tasty, convenient coffee shop and Chamacos Tacos was a hidden treasure.

Nice view and location.

The property is located at a nice, quiet location on the top floor, with views of the water. It is just steps from the beach. The unit is rather small, and is in need of some TLC. The check in process is very straight forward and the property manager is very responsive. There is a nice dive bar (Huck A Poos) within walking distance with reasonably priced drinks and food and excellent pizza.

Great place to relax

My husband and I enjoyed this cute little condo. Very clean and just as described. Tybee Island is a great place to stay. Our only complaint was there was construction going on while there (the whole place was being painted) and the halls were a mess. Would have liked a laundry room on the third floor as well. Host was very helpful and on top of things. Really happy with the unit. Thank you.
