Este condominio de 3 dormitorios / 4 baños, decorado profesionalmente, ubicado en el piso 28 del edificio Phoenix West II, ofrece una escapada hermosa y lujosa. ¡Las ventanas del piso al techo abren la sala de estar hasta el balcón que ofrece algunas de las mejores vistas de la zona y quizás de toda la costa del golfo! Nuestro condominio tiene todo lo que puede pedir cuando llegue el momento de la escapada. La sala de estar tiene capacidad para 8-10 personas con un sofá cama. Hay 4 televisores de pantalla plana para su entretenimiento. La cocina cuenta con todos los electrodomésticos y hay una lavadora y secadora en el condominio para que no tenga que llevar su armario completo. No hay procedimiento de registro para tratar o pararse en las filas. Cuando llegue, vaya directamente a su condominio y póngase su traje de baño, ¡luego vaya a la playa!

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama King Size y baño principal privado. La primera habitación tiene una cama King Size y baño completo privado. La segunda habitación tiene 2 camas Queen Size y baño privado. ¡También hay un cuarto baño completo para invitados! Todas las camas cuentan con sábanas renovadas.

Phoenix West II tiene más de 500 pies de playa privada, una sala de ejercicios, una piscina climatizada interior / exterior, bañera de hidromasaje, sala de vapor, sauna, área de parrillas, área de voleibol, portabicicletas, estacionamiento cubierto y mucho más. The best stay EVER

Everything about our stay was great. The condo was beautiful and stocked with all the essentials. We will be booking this condo next time. Loved it. We can’t say enough nice things about The Oasis. It’s the perfect place to stay.

The condo was great, well furnished, well stocked with kitchen supplies, fairly clean, and comfy furniture and beds. My only complaint is the property management company. When we arrived, the fire alarms were beeping with low batteries. We followed the instructions to text and call the property management company. The texts were clearly automated because they kept asking the same questions. When we called, they told us someone would come but never did. We were running to get batteries at 9 pm to change ourselves so we could sleep without continuous beeping. There were a few general maintenance things, like the jets in the bathtub did not work properly, but otherwise the condo was great.

Great Stay for Young Children

We just recently returned from a 4 night stay. Overall we had a good time and the kids loved the slide/lazy river. The walk to the beach is also much shorter than other condos we've stayed at in the past. Condo was clean and as described in photos. The living room furniture and the main tv could be updated. The biggest complaints are with the kitchen and the elevators. Kitchen was very sparse -- no forks/spoons, only a drawer of steak knives, no pitcher to make kids drinks, etc. Elevators are nightmares when busy. Often had to let 4, 5, 6, etc elevators come and go because they are full. Simply a terrible design (not the owners/management teams fault) to have 6 total elevators for 32 floors of condos.

Third stay in same unit

This is the 3rd time we have stayed in this particular unit. >The unit has some cleanliness issues: - Ice maker has mold in it. -Shower in master has mold in it all along the bottom where the pan and glass meet. -Living room carpet is filthy. -Counters were sticky and had food residue all over them when we checked in. The provisions in the kitchen are a joke. - Knives are dull. - One OLD glass cutting board ? (Same one that we used 7 years ago) - Literally NO food storage containers, zip loc bags, foil, salt.and pepper, coffee filters, etc. This stuff is expected - granted we pack 95% of need, but this stuff is basic and for the $$ should be provided. >Trash can is disgusting - filthy dirty AND bags that are provided are incredibly thin. EVERY bag has broken with normal trash load. >Bed pillows are flat and old - very uncomfortable. ALL of our guests have said the same about each bedroom. We paid a lot of money for this condo and quite frankly, I bragged about how awesome it was to my friends - I have had to apologize to each of them for the condition of the unit. It's unfortunate - it's a prime location and a beautiful condo - It could get more $$ per night if the experience was 5-Star. It would cost nothing in comparison to stock the kitchen with necessities and have a deep clean done regularly.

Great vaca

Condo was larger than I thought. We took our 4 boys, 3 of which play HS football = big goys. There was more than enough room. Line for slide can get long & the elevator can take a while. But the property is beautiful, beautiful view, & front gate staff was very helpful! Donut shop right across the road. I’d rent the chairs in front of condo, on the beach, EARLY. Not much room to set your own stuff up unless you walk a good ways. Every room has a private bath & there was an extra bathroom in the hall. Best condo that we’ve ever stayed in!

Great overall. Positives: Location, Dish Network, size of Condo, Dual shower in Master. Negatives: Cleanliness should be a priority with the price of the property. Carpet needs replacing. Housekeeping can do better. Elevator wait time can be an issue. 4.3 Star is probably most accurate.

Family Vacation

Unit was nice and spacious for our family, had everything we needed (carpets prob need a deep cleaning). Balcony was great with awesome views. Kids enjoyed the pools. Guys setting up our chairs/umbrellas were very courteous. Only complaint were the elevators. Not enough elevators (6) for such a big building so our waits were 15 minutes plus each time.

The property has been maintained very well. Some things were a bit worn and needed to be replaced, but overall, we felt it was in good condition and our stay was very comfortable. Clean, all the amenities, amazing view and convenient location!

Nice condo but outdated

Great check in process. Furniture in living area worn and dirty. Patio furniture seems outdated. Kitchen garbage can still had food around edges, very dirty. Pillow shams are stained. Open space, great view. Unit just needs updating and a thorough clean.

The place was great. Needs new cookware, stove, and dishwasher. I really don't have anything to complain about, except - I feel like paying $5,000 a week would come WITH parking passes rather than an additional $35 per car.

Wonderful Condo

The condo was awesome very clean and spacious it exceeded my expectations. The only problem I had was phone service but other then that when I come back too Orange beach I will try too book this condo.

Great girls getaway location!

Almost perfect! Easy process. Condo was fabulous location. Very roomy. Furniture was a little more worn and patio cushions are different but overall great!

Granddaughters trip

Over all the property was wonderful. We didn’t like the fact the indoor pool was closed. Before booking things like this should be told up front. You can’t tell me this wasn’t known 2 weeks out. They offered to change but school is opening up for my granddaughters. It seems they could have at least gave a 10 off or at least free parking. I will say we have stayed here for 2 years and we love the lazy river. The slide is great for the kids but needs someone to supervise as kids was going down right on top of each other. No way a 3 to 5 year old could enjoy the slide. We will still stay there again next year if everything is up front.

Wonderful vacation rental!!

Our stay at Phoenix West II was one to remember! The condo was in top shape, had everything we needed and more. Very clean and plenty of space for our family of 10. We had absolutely no issues and will definitely be coming back next year!

Only one complaint. Elevators were absolutely terrible and slow. It’s not fun having to wait 30 minutes for 1 of 6 elevators every time you need to go up or down. Everything else was perfect!

Great family vacation spot

The property was just as described, plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Kids loved the lazy river and slide. Location was close to all our favorite restaurants.

Beautiful Condo, So-So Management

First, I'd like to say that the condo itself was beautiful. It was by far the nicest condo we've visited in Phoenix West II. That being said, the lack of communication with the management company was somewhat of a downer. Check-in was at 3:00 on a Saturday. We arrived at our room at 3:15 to see the used linens in the hallway and very little cleaning had been done. I called the management company and left a message with the answering service. I received a TEXT from the management company that a cleaner was in-route to complete my clean. Only when I replied about what happened did they call to explain that another one of their units required extensive cleaning and they were behind schedule. Again, not a big deal, but some communication prior would have been helpful. On Monday at 7:39, I called them to let them know that we had water in the master closet dripping from the vent and light fixture. I again spoke with the answering service and reported the issue. I called again at 8:36 because I hadn’t heard from anyone in an hour. The answering service again took my information. At 9:05, someone from the management’s housekeeping service called me and asked about my housekeeping issue. I explained that it was a maintenance issue but that if not corrected it would quickly become a housekeeping issue. At 9:34, I spoke with someone from the main office or maintenance who advised me that the building was going to look into the issue. Someone from the building showed up and determined the leak was from the unit above us and they would be taking care of it. The water stopped dripping at some point during all of this. On Tuesday at 11:38, I received a call from the management company concerning the need to place a dehumidifier and fans in the unit to dry out everything. We told them that was fine, and we checked out at 9:30 Wednesday morning without further incidence. Again, this is nothing against the condo and there wasn’t much the management company could have done to prevent what happened, but the communication process was very frustrating. Ryan

We had two families go down. 9 people in all. The rooms were spacious and there was plenty of seating for everyone. The beds were very comfortable. We had no problems with any of the electronics or appliances. Location is wonderful and the pool areas were a big hit with the 5 kids ranging in age from 5 to 14. I would definitely go to this unit and this building again.
