📝 Age and Renter Agreement
Primary renter must be 25 to book and must sign renter agreement within 24 hours to complete booking.

🐾 Pets
Two (2) dogs allowed. $100 pet fee per stay, just let us know during booking. The cabin is located in a cabin neighborhood with paved roads that guests may use for walks, but there is no fenced yard, dedicated dog area, or large grassy green space for pets.


🚧 Construction
This cabin is located in a newer development area. You may notice daytime construction activity as the neighborhood continues to grow.

🚭 No Smoking
Smoking or vaping of any kind, including marijuana/cannabis, is not permitted indoors.

🧻 Starter Supplies
We provide a starter set of essentials including coffee pods, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and basic soaps to help you settle in. For longer stays or heavier usage, guests should plan to purchase additional supplies as needed.
