The house was absolutely beautiful. The deck over looking the lake was so peaceful. Every morning i went outside to enjoy a sunrise and a cup of tea. It was Perfection. My family of seven was very comfortable. It felt like home. The only down side was that we couldn’t stay longer. The house manager was excellent! Very kind and help. We would love to come and stay again.

Great view of the lake off the beautiful deck! This condo is perfectly set up for a get a way weekend. Of all the condo's we've visited over the past years, this one is the nicest thus far!

Wish we could have stayed longer

We were only able to stay 1 night but my group all wished we could have stayed longer and hope to return to this property again for another trip in the future. The house is absolutely gorgeous with each room perfectly decorated with comfortable furniture. The view from the dock is beautiful and made a wonderful setting for dinner and coffee in the morning.I can’t wait to come back!

Great stay at Horseshoe Bay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this HSB house! It had plenty of room for our group of 4 adults and 4 kids (ages 9-15). The outdoor patio space is so spacious, and the kids were able to fish off of the lower dock. It’s close to anywhere you’d want to go in the area. It had an extra long driveway so it accommodated our vehicles nicely as well. We’ll be back to stay in the future!

Relaxing spot on the lake

Great place on the lake. We had a family of 6 adults and a couple of 3 year olds. The living space with the large couch was great to have family time. Kitchen is well equipped. The deck was excellent even for the kids since the stairs leading down to the dock was gated. Communication with the property manager was excellent. All 3 adult couples commented on how comfy the beds are. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Stay

We went there for the memorial day weekend and I can say that our stay there was really memorable:-) The property is very nice. Owner has really spent time and money to ensure comfort for the renters. This is a very good property for the kids as well. Thank you so much and we will definitely be back!

weekend stay

The property is very nice was a good fit for our family of 6 adults and two toddlers. Waterfront access was great for swimming and floating as was the boat dock. We had a great time and will come again. Parking is a bit inconvenient but overall everything is great.

Family getaway

Property was just as expected. Plenty of room and the outside areas were great for spreading out and enjoying the lake. Kitchen was well appointed for cooking a full thanksgiving meal.

Great family Vacation!

We went with our family of 4 and my sister’s family of 4, it was the perfect size to fit all of us. The property manager is such a nice guy he is very dedicated to making sure everything is perfect and goes above and beyond if you have any questions or needs! This Property is in a great location on the lake, a really nice clean cove, and the house is very nicely updated and clean! The beds were very comfortable and the sheets are really nice! We will be coming back for sure!!! Highly recommend this property!

Great Location

The house was in a great location and so many options within an hour drive. The location on the water could not have been better. We were inconvenienced two days in a row with cable being upgraded which was not ideal. Enjoyed our stay at this lake house.

Perfect get-away!

Well appointed, spacious updated condo! My husband and I had our 17-year old Son and 5 of his friends for a last minute weekend Lake run. We had plenty of space! The home is beautiful and impressive vegetation, plenty of shaded areas on the way to open dock. Host & PM were responsive, friendly and very accommodating. Highly recommend! We will return!

Beautiful Condo

This is the first place I have ever rented on Lake LBJ and I feel like I hit the motherlode! This lakefront townhouse is absolutely beautiful. If the outside decks (there are so many!) and the lake weren't so awesome, we'd probably have never gone outside. This is truly a home. And the owners are the real deal. Super nice.

Mama's heart is full

Life is crazy busy and we as a family, living all over the country, have very few moments together. Fortunately, we were able to secure this wonderful property for a weekend. Everything was perfect! The PM was friendly, and very helpful. We could not have asked for better accommodations.

Great Property and Awesome experience

The property had great views and is at a great location, pretty close to Marble falls. The location was truly stunning, providing a serene and peaceful atmosphere that allowed us to unwind and relax. One of the highlights of our stay was the quality time we spent with our family. We enjoyed every moment of our time together, whether it was exploring the surrounding area or simply lounging around the property. What truly made our stay stand out, however, was the great communication from the property owner and the property manager. They were incredibly responsive to our requests and went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met. Their flexibility and willingness to accommodate our requirements made all the difference in making our stay truly unforgettable. In summary, our short stay was an absolute delight, thanks to the property's stunning location, wonderful amenities, and exceptional service from the owner. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway.

Great location - great deck space - outdated

For an extended stay, this place was tough on our family. When you are staying for a few months you come with more than just 1 suitcase. This place was way overcrowded with fake plants, tons of decor on every surface, family photos everywhere (really? in a rental??) - Drawers and closets had belongings in them that we had to find a place for. The refrigerator and pantry had a lot of food that I had to store the entire time in the refrigerator downstairs. 90% of the shelves in refrigerator were broken - that about killed me. Cupboards smelled musty. The whole place is dark and outdated....although if you weren't staying too long you would find it had more of an antiquated charm. But after 3 months it just became a dark old place. The owner was quick to get the leaking air conditioner fixed. The roaches (just a few really large ones here and there), we were told by the maintenance man, was just part of lake living. The positive for this rental is the beautiful deck on top and bottom and excellent lake location. Owners of surrounding condos are really great people. You will enjoy getting to know them. We made a couple of forever friends during our stay. Short stay folks will enjoy this place. For our last month of temp housing we rented the condo next door and were thrilled with the new experience of a much more updated, clean, open feel. Same floor plan but felt like a completely different place and no difference in price. The owner of the condo next door was so kind he offered us a free weekend next season just for having to experience a very small maintenance issue - they are such a sweet couple.

We purchased our first property in this condo unit due to the excellent, safe boating option it offered our teen children over fifteen years ago. We always admired this end unit with the enhanced appointments and outside space with the beautiful lower level trellis adding shade and privacy. When it came on the market we gladly jumped at ownership. The two units in the same complex offered a wonderful opportunity for family reunions or groups of friends to gather.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

As noted above, this is unit offers gorgeous outside space. An awning on the second level deck provides morning shade for two as they sip coffee at the breakfast table. Multiple seating options abound on this level beyond here with an umbrella for shade as needed. The lower level trellis is fully shaded throughout the day but has expanded dock for those who like the sun and close proximity to the water.

The previous owner enhanced the interior appointments as well. Windows are custom - kitchen has granite counter tops, beautiful stainless steel appliances and unique backsplash. Furnishings are lovely with gorgeous fabrics in all rooms.
