1. We have actively recording cameras overlooking the entrances of the house, which may record audio & video. All camera devices are on the exterior of the property. No audio/video recording devices are installed inside the house.
2. We have noise sensors installed inside the hours which will send alerts on your phone if the noise exceeds the permissible limits.
3. We allow a maximum of 2 pets per reservation with extra charges. If pets are not declared but stayed as part of the reservation, there would be a penalty of $100 + pet fee for not declaring the pet. Owners are responsible to clean after your fur friends.
4. Smoking can be done outside but if smoking is detected inside, there would be an extra charge of $500 charged to the guests.
5. Please check your belongings before checking out. Hosts will not be responsible for keeping guests` belongings after their stay.
6. We are located in a residential neighborhood and quiet hours are strictly enforced in this area. Guests may be asked to leave if they are not respecting our quiet hours which are from 11 PM to 8 AM. City by-law is enforced strictly and is charged to the guest $500 extra in addition to no refund for violating our house rules.
7. Play structure in the backyard is not part of our listing, and we do not take any responsibility of its maintenance. Guests are discouraged to use the trampoline and play structure in the backyard, and hosts are not responsible if there is any damage or injury to guests or their belongings.
