Great Place!

The condo was bigger than anticipated with a large balcony right on the beach. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The only downside is the limited parking otherwise not a thing to complain about.

Family Vacation

This property exceeded our expectations. The Condo was beautiful. It was a quick walk to the beach and the storage locker had chairs, a cooler, and sand toys for our kids to play with. We will definitely stay here again.

This place is huge!

We really enjoyed our stay here! This place is huge with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths! All the little necessities were there for you just in case and just a short walk to the beach. You can’t beat the view either! The pool is small but nice and warm! Would stay again!

Spring break 2025

This is our 2nd year booking at this exact location. I have to say, it was an over great experience again, the only thing lacking is the beach amenities, it is listed as a 8 person, there should be more than 2 beach chairs. We ended up buying 2 more and an umbrella for the beach. We had to leave them there, so hopefully future guests will get good use of them. It is thinglackinamenities.

Loved the condo! It had enough room that we didn't feel crowded. You can tell it is an older building but was decorated nicely.

Perfect Location

This was the perfect location for us. The beach is so close you can taste the salt in the air! We loved our stay. The furniture on the balcony was especially comfy. The size of the balcony as well was awesome for 5 adults and 2 kiddos.

Sistah get away

Outstanding!! The code to the door didn’t work upon our arrival, which seemed like a bad start, but Ted’s response was very quick and involved maintenance coming out. It was handled quickly and we were beyond impressed with the unit and the management of it. Highly recommend!! Only suggestion is to provide more beach chairs since there are only 2.

Beach Time after Disneyworld

We stayed for 3 nights after going to Disneyworld as we were looking for some relaxing beach time . The condo was perfect as we were with my son and his family so plenty of room for the 7 of us . The condo is very nice and we enjoyed coffee on the balcony watching the sunrise and also got to see a space launch ! The beach was great and my grandkids enjoyed the pool . We would definitely stay again as the location and setup is great ! Thanks again for a great stay !

Amazing! Didn’t want to leave!

A million dollar view! We enjoyed our time there. Only things to improve would be having enough washcloths only 4 for a family of 5. Also a fewMore beach towels would have been helpful for families that fly long distances. It is a beautiful place. Tons of kitchen gadgets, clean. I will be booking this place again.It was helpful having liquid soap in the bathrooms, toiletries, dish soap and dishwasher detergent.

Great place to stay!

This is the second time we have stayed at this location. The condo is roomy and well equipped and has a huge wraparound balcony. There are restaurants and grocery stores within minutes. The beach is far enough away from public areas as to be semi-private. And close enough to the Cape to be able to see the frequent SpaceX launches. A definite recommend!

Great Place Right on the Beach.

The pictures dont convey how spacious and elegant this property is. Great terrace to hang out on and enjoy the million dollar view.

Quick getaway

Description of property is accurate. Very spacious condo in a great location. Quiet beach and large outdoor deck. Futon and outdoor cushions have been replaced per other comments earlier guests left. It was nice having two beach chairs provided in addition to a surfboard and small cooler.

Perfect Spot

This was such a great spot! We got to see 4 launches during the week we were there! The place is very well spaced out and large which was great for our family. The kitchen was fairly well stocked. All the stores were within walking distance which was great. One downside is that there is very limited parking. We had our whole family so multiple cars and the guest spots weren’t always open so it was a little tricky. Overall it was amazing and we are thinking of going back next year!

This unit is located within walking distance to the Cocoa Beach Pier which offers shopping, restaurants, entertainment and fishing off the pier.

Just a 2 block North is the world famous Ron Jon Surf Shop which offers a great shopping experience. A great place to spend a few hours is Cocoa Village, with excellent restaurants, boutiques, craft shops and antique shops. Port Canaveral offers daily fishing trips and deep sea charter fishing. Try your luck at Casino Cruise Ships which leave twice a day. Enjoy lunch or dinner on the water and watch the large cruise ships come and go. Many large cruise liners leave daily from Port Canaveral.
Other fun activities are pontoon rentals, wind surfing, jet-skiing, surfing, golf and tennis nearby, live theater, dog track and zoo (in Melbourne, FL). Many tourist packages available.
Don't miss the Space Center at Cape Kennedy!
