Beautiful upscale 3/2 first floor oceanfront corner unit. Outdoor patio overlooking Atlantic, table & plenty of seating. Very large rooms tons of storage. Gourmet kitchen, stainless appliances, granite countertops. Washer & dryer.
Master: King bed and desk, huge shower walk in closet. Guest 1: King bed, Guest 2: 2 twins. Also a queen and a twin airbeds.
Comfortable mattresses. Plenty of linens, bath and beach towels,
pillows. Beach chairs,toys, unbrellas, tennis rackets.
60” smart tv living room, electric fireplace. Wifi, Spectrum cable. Smart tv’s in all bedrooms.
Having a large family reunion or business group vacation, wedding guests, we have a 2 bedroom right next door and another 2 bedroom upstairs in same bldg.

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were very responsive to any questions I had before our stay. The condo is clean and very close the activities, shopping, and most importantly the beach and pool. Thank you for the very thoughtful valentines candy! The kids were thrilled!!

Cindy and Sheri are wonderful host! During the beginning of our stay, several family members were sick and Cindy and Sheri were quickly helping me to make other arrangements if need be. Thanks to quick recovery, we were able to go on this great vacation! Loved the beach and enjoyed taking naps on the beach! Would definitely stay again! Great host, great location!

Cindy was excellent to work with! The best-appointed VRBO we've ever stayed at made Thanksgiving dinner and serving 10 a complete joy! The bed in the master is very comfortable and the shower was great. I would highly recommend this property and hope to stay again some day!

This condo was clean and nicely decorated. Had everything we could possibly need for our beach vacation. Access to the beach couldn’t be easier, especially with young children. Communication was great, Cindy even helped us get a few groceries in the condo when our arrival was delayed. Would recommend and stay here again!

Coco Beach stay

Had a great time. Perfect location! Kids loved having the toys there to play with when we returned from the beach. We had everything we needed. I would stay again in the future.

Wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this 3 bedroom condo. Location was right on the beach and all enjoyed the pool. We have never stayed at a VRBO that was as well supplied as this was. We would certainly use this condo again if we are back in the area.

Great experience. Condo was clean and comfortable with anything you could need for a great beach getaway. Close to shopping, grocery, hair and nail salons. Friendly people staying at other condos. Highly recommend.

My Grandma had booked this beautiful condo for us to stay in and celebrate my sister graduating. Before the trip my grandma tragically and unexpectedly passed away. I reached out to Cindy and Sherri and they worked with us to graciously honor the reservation so we were able to celebrate and spend time as a family while also grieving the loss of our precious grandma. When we arrived Cindy and Sherri had left us flowers, wine and a card. This just goes to show what kind of amazing women they are! They were so communicative to every need or want before we even had to ask. The rooms were so spacious and clean. The views are gorgeous. It is just steps away from the beach. Literally 5 steps to the gate to access the beach. Overall such a wonderful and relaxing space with all needs and wants fully covered. I can’t wait to come back and stay here again.

Christmas in Cocoa Beach!!

Was perfect location to see Surfing Santas, short 1mile walk, so didn't have to find parking for the event. Also close to RonJon Surf Shop, and Even Kennedy Space Center!!!!Hot tub was perfect. Was "down" one night, but they fixed by the next day!!!

We are two sisters who grew up growing citrus in Inland Central Florida. Growing up the ocean was a part of our lives. When we had our children, then our grandchildren it became a part of their lives too. We rented condos in the Cocoa Beach area for many years before we were able to buy our beach condos for us and our families to enjoy. After renting so many places we paid attention to the special touches some owners added and used this to make our rentals a place our guests will want to visit again and again.

We love the Sandcastles Condominium complex! We rented condos all over Cocoa Beach, and Cape Canaveral. Sandcastles was always our favorite, but some years we would book our vacations late and because Sandcastles fills up fast, sometimes we had to stay at other places. The management is top notch and everyone here is friendly and chill.
