This stilted beach house features view of the ocean from its second-floor canopied deck. The open floor plan includes living room, updated kitchen with dishwasher, full-sized washer and dryer, hardwood floors throughout, and enough bedding to accommodate 8 guests comfortably. There are 3 spacious bedrooms inside the home, including one with an ocean view itself, from the bed, and another with a water park view.

Amenities include: Smart TVs in main sitting area (cable and streaming) and in every bedroom (streaming), boosted Wi-Fi, table-top charging stations, family games (checkers, board games, card games, etc.), fridge/freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, Coffer Makers Keurig, 12-cup ad large pot toaster, blender, dining table (with optional leaf to add space), cookware, utensils, plates, cups, and basic kitchen necessities, a gas grill located on the ground level, fire extinguishers and Co2 detector for safety, outdoor shower for sand removal, swing bench and onsite parking for 2-3 vehicles under the house.

Our house is nonsmoking, non-vaping and drug free. Pets and house parties are not allowed. Guests signing the rental agreement must be 25 years of age to book and be present during the entire duration of the stay; no exceptions. No rentals for senior week or on behalf of guests under 25.

Please note: A golf cart is not included with this rental. Guests are welcome to bring their own or rent one directly through Ocean Lakes Golf Car Rentals.

Like all Richeson Properties Rental Houses, we do not tolerate illegal drugs of any kind. If you're looking for a place to party, look elsewhere. Our golfcart rules are that no one under the age of 21 yrs of age is permitted to drive our golf carts period so do not ask!! Ocean Lakes has implemented a new rule that no one, even of legal age, is permitted to drink alcohol while driving or riding on the golf carts. If you or any of your guests are found to be violating this rule on our golfcart and are ticketed, we will immediately take our golfcart away from the property and you will not get it back. You will forfeit any monies paid, you will be responsible to pay your own ticket/violation as well as any violation imposed on the Homeowner. If anyone in your party, including the renter of record, is arrested, trespassed, or has any issues with local law enforcement while staying at our property, we reserve the right to ask your entire party to vacate immediately and you will forfeit any and all monies paid. No refund will be given and no refund will be due.
